Story
Scout is a 15-year-old schnauzer/Yorkie mix with a gentle spirit and a very sweet personality. He and his littermate Peanut were rescued together when they were puppies and have spent their lives as beloved members of our family. Scout is a quiet, affectionate companion who enjoys simply being near his people. He loves relaxing on the couch, curling up in a dog bed nearby, or sleeping close to his humans at night. As a senior, Scout is nearly deaf and may be losing vision in one eye, but he still navigates the house comfortably and enjoys a calm routine. He is not currently on medication. Scout would do best in a peaceful home where someone is around often and where he can spend his days enjoying companionship and a predictable routine. He is a very loving dog who still has plenty of affection to give.

Story
Peanut is a 15-year-old schnauzer/Yorkie mix and the littermate of Scout. She has been with us since she was rescued as a puppy and has spent her life as a loving, loyal companion. Peanut is incredibly affectionate and happiest when she can be near her person; whether that’s cuddling on the couch, resting beside you while you work, or sleeping nearby at night. She is gentle, sweet, and very people-oriented. Peanut has been diagnosed with congestive heart disease and takes medication every 12 hours. She also takes a diuretic, which means she needs consistent access outside during the day. Because of this, she would do best in a home where someone is around regularly and she can maintain a stable routine. Peanut is a wonderful senior dog who simply wants a quiet home, a comfortable place to rest, and someone to love.

Meet Buddy O, a 4-year-old Miniature Schnauzer mix with a fine personality. He weighs only 25 pounds and considers himself a true lap dog. A sweet boy, he's house trained, enjoys walking and being with you. And just look at those big eyes! A true delight! (posted 12/16/25, ME) Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. Transport Fee: $160.00-- We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip.
