Millie was purchased in July of 2014. She was 7 weeks old.in Florida from a breeder who only breed Morkie with her own dogs, a Maltese and a Yorkie. dogs are called designer dogs. She is not on any medication. Energetic and friendly. Is used to being walked for her potty breaks. I am now 84 years old and can no longer manage her care. Sad to say but I want to do what is best for her. I will be moving to a facility that does not allow dogs. Veery loving.

Meet TIMMY! He is a 9.5 yo, 11 lb YORKSHIRE TERRIER (possibly silky terrier blend) who is good with dogs of all sizes. He can be possessive of his favorite things, especially people, if allowed to be. Timmy needs an experienced person/family that can provide a very structured household where his person/family are the leaders who put rules in place that Timmy needs to follow for his success. His foster dad says Timmy also has diminished vision and hearing but is a sweet boy who complies when he understands what his person wants. Timmy loves playing with toys, tug-o-war with a little rope is his favorite, and is excitedly learning to fetch. He is potty and crate trained, enjoys cuddling on his terms, and is a charmingly sweet boy. Timmy is expressive with body language and adorably whimpers when he wants attention, but is not a barker. Koko is a gentle, thoughtful pup whose sweet personality is starting to blossom a little more every day. He is a sensitive soul who can be quite shy when meeting new people, but with a little extra time and a lot of heart, his charm really begins to shine through. Once he feels safe and tucked under your wing, you'll start to see just how special and sweet this boy truly is. To help Koko feel his most confident, he is looking for a home with another friendly, confident dog of a similar size. Having a canine companion by his side helps him feel secure and gives him a wonderful "role model" to show him the ropes of everyday dog life. If you have a resident pup at home, we'll set up a meet-and-greet on-site to make sure they're going to be the best of friends! A quieter, "low-speed" household will suit Koko best. He thrives in a calm environment with a steady routine and not too much hustle and bustle. Because Koko is still building his confidence and isn't quite ready for leash walks yet, he'll need a home with a secure, private outdoor space where he can stretch his legs and feel safe. He has also proven to be a bit of a clever escape artist when he's feeling restless, so having a secure and predictable spot for him to relax will be key. If there are kids in your family, we find that a "vibe check" with children 12 and older works best to ensure everyone feels comfortable and happy. Building a bond with Koko is a rewarding journey that unfolds over time. He'll need a patient start with plenty of high-value treats and low-pressure interactions-letting him come to you on his own terms is the best way to earn his trust.
