Story
How this pet arrived:Lily was brought in by her previous owner on June 6, 2026.Why this pet is the one for you:Lily is a sweet and affectionate girl looking for a loving home where she can be pampered and spoiled as she deserves. She enjoys spending time with people, has done well around children, loves going for walks, and may do well living with another mellow dog or cat. Lily does have several medical conditions that her new family should be prepared to manage. She has glaucoma (increased eye pressure) and dry eye in her left eye, both of which require lifelong eye medications and routine veterinary follow-up. Her right eye was surgically removed on 6/13/26 due to severe painful changes and loss of vision. Lily also has severe arthritis in her right elbow and left wrist, as well as severe hip dysplasia. She is currently comfortable on long-term pain medication, which will need to be continued under the guidance of her veterinarian after adoption. Recent lab work showed mild elevations in her kidney and liver values, which may not indicate underlying disease, but follow-up bloodwork with her veterinarian is recommended. Additionally, Lily has moderate dental disease and will benefit from ongoing dental care. She will also require professional grooming every six weeks to keep her looking and feeling her best. Despite her medical needs, Lily remains a loving companion with plenty of affection to give and is ready to find a family committed to providing her with the comfort, care, and devotion she deserves. Story
Marti Colwell 10:43 AM (3 hours ago) to Sharon, Terez Hello New Friends, My name is Jiggs, but my friends call me Jiggety Jig, Jiggers, Jiggaloo, Jiggy, and Lil' Jig. I'm a three-year-old little fluff weighing just 8 pounds and quite the ladies man! Although I’m small in stature, my heart is much bigger than my actual size! Mom told me I should start by mentioning my eyes. I have big, soulful brown eyes that make me hard to resist. I also have an expressive face that communicates what I'm thinking. Most of the time, what I'm thinking is, "Can I come with you?" because being close to my people is my favorite thing in the world. I'm a sweet, loving boy who absolutely LOVES to be petted. If you walk towards me, chances are I'll roll right onto my back and offer my tummy for belly rubs. Every now and then I'll let you pick me up, but honestly, I'd rather keep all four paws on the ground (so I can follow you wherever you're going.) I take my job as your little shadow very seriously! My foster family says I'm a mellow, quiet fellow who thrives on routine. When life is predictable and I know where my people are, I'm one happy boy with a wagging tail. In fact, I don't always come when called—unless it's dinner time or bedtime—but don't worry, because I'll be following you wherever you go and resting nearby whenever I can. I get along with other dogs, cats, and people, but I'm also a shy boy who is still learning that the world is a safe place. I'll need a patient family, preferably someone experienced with helping dogs build confidence and social skills. Once I trust you, my loving personality shines through and you'll see just how special I am! I'd love a home where someone is home most of the time because I'd much rather spend my day with you than by myself. Usually I'm very quiet, but if I can't find you, you might hear a howl that sounds more like a lone wolf than an eight-pound bundle of fluff! I am housebroken, healthy, ride nicely in the car, and I'm eager to learn. Every day I'm becoming a little braver and more confident. I've begun to walk on a leash and have even started accepting the treats I previously turned down, For me, it's all about feeling safe, loved, and secure. When I do, my confidence grows and my sweet personality blossoms. Oh, and before I forget, Dad wanted me to tell you that I have a “shoe fascination.” Now I don't chew shoes—I simply move them around. He thinks I'm trying to organize them. (Maybe I secretly wear them when nobody's looking. A gentleman never tells!) My Ideal Home: * A loving home *Someone home most of the time *Adults (females preferred) * No other FurKids required (I want to be the center of someone’s world! * A nice yard to run and sun in Experience level: *Have had dogs as an adult *Recent/current dog experience a plus I'm beautiful, loving, shy, intelligent, and soulful. My Mom and Dad agree that I'm one of the sweetest boys in the world. All I'm looking for is a forever family, a yard of my own to explore, lots of cuddles, and a home where I can spend my days loving and being loved. Please ask for me! I’ll be waiting and learning new things every day. Tail wags and more, Joyous Jiggs

Story
Who doesn't like pizza? The Pizza puppies definitely bring the More to Labs and More as adorable white fluffy Maltipoos. If you are looking for little teddy bear lap dogs, look no further than these cuties. The Pizza puppies were rescued from a home when their elderly owner fell ill and could no longer care for her dogs. Their mom is a Maltese and their dad is a Miniature Poodle so the Pizza puppies will stay small. They are currently in a foster home where they love to run and play, chew on toys, and snuggle up close to their people. Meatball is looking for a family that understands the time, patience, and energy needed to raise a young pup. We require all puppy adopters to provide training that includes: house training, basic training, leash training, and socialization. Additionally, this cutie is going to need proper exercise, mental stimulation, and your attention and love to grow up to be the best companion. We do not allow our dogs or puppies to sleep or live outside; they must be incorporated into your family and be made a priority in your life. In return, you will have the most loving and loyal family member you could ask for. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting a Pizza puppy then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! We recommend completing the questionnaire and connecting with an adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps. Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing. Thank you for joining the Adoption Family with Labs and More Rescue. We are here to help you find a furry companion. You will find our quick and easy adoption application at www.labsandmore.org and click on Adopt. Please email us at I doginfo@labsandmore.org if you need assistance. Thank you for looking to a rescue group to fulfill your dream of adding a new dog to your life! Story
Jax is 11 years old and 2 months. I unfortunately am allergic to Jax and am sad to have to re-home him, however it is necessary. I have tried to live with this but it is impossible. I am just to sensitive and allergic. He is has a microchip. He is potty trained. He likes Wellness dog can food I have given him grain free dog food. I also cook him extra people food like scramble eggs, and beef and lamb. He is allergic to chicken and poultry. Jax is very sweet and will make a wonderful pet. Also very loyal. Loves to snuggle up to you and is welcoming of people when they come over. He loves to walk. Jax is friendly, mellow, and affectionate, reported to enjoy cuddling and burrow in blankets. I adopted Jax from another family. Who already had another dog. I am looking for a loving home who will give a lot of care and attention. Great for an older person who would like company or a family as well. Great with kids. Please consider adopting for possible an older parent or older child.
