Story
Bullet  is a calm, sweet pup. He loves his people and warms up very quickly. He is happy to jump on the couch and cuddle. He is not hyper, but he still likes to play with toys every once in a while.  Energy Level?  Low energy but not a lazy bum.   House trained?  Yes Describe how they are on a leash?  Great on leash.  Describe how they are with other dogs?  Happy to hang out with other dogs, but doesn't usually play with them; happy to coexist with dogs. Have they been around cats or other animals? How were they?  Doesn't seem reactive to other animals  Commands they know?  Knows shake, maybe wait or sit What are their favorite things?  Going on walks and cuddling. What do they need to work on? He gets excited and barks at new people who enter the house, but he quickly calms down and loves everyone. How are they when left alone? How long have they been left alone?  He might whine a little and cry, but stops eventually and is fine being home alone. Where do they sleep?  He sleeps in a dog bed but would love to cuddle with you on the bed. What is their ideal home?  Bullet would be great for a family that is home a lot but wants to keep him active on his daily walks. He is very low maintenance and chill, and he loves everyone he meets. He bonds with females very quickly, but he likes men too. He did great on a long road trip, so he's great for someone who travels with him, too. Whoever adopts him is going to have the most perfect little boy! Bullet is 10 years old and 8.5 pounds. Story
Chewy  is an incredibly sweet and mellow little guy. He adores being petted and uses his whole body to show his appreciation. His favorite place is snuggled up next to his people anytime they sit or lie down. I can't say enough about how lovely and good a boy he is.  Energy Level?  Medium House trained?  Mostly. We are primarily using belly bands, and he stays dry inside and knows what to do outside. He may need some patience and support as he acclimates to a new home and new routine. Describe how they are on a leash?  Walks beautifully on a leash - heels well, doesn't pull, and is happy to go as long as you're able. Not reactive to other dogs or squirrels he encounters on his walks.  Describe how they are with other dogs?  Gets along very well with our three small resident dogs—patient, gentle, and non-reactive. We keep them separate at feeding time because he is highly food-motivated. Have they been around cats or other animals? How were they?  He met one cate and ignored him. I suspect he would be fine living with a cat in the home. Does not seem interested in chasing squirrels. Commands they know?  Comes when called, goes potty when asked, and does a sweet little dance when his meals are served. What are their favorite things?  Snuggles, pets, love, and food.  What do they need to work on?  Potty training. He is a pretty perfect little gentleman. How are they when left alone? How long have they been left alone?  Chewy is crate-trained and snuggles up in his crate with his blanket when we need to leave the house. He will bark or react to noise, like our resident dogs, but he calms down quickly. Where do they sleep?  Chewy is happiest snuggled up with his people. He would love to find a home where he is welcome in the big bed. What is their ideal home?  Chewy would do well in a home with lots of love, attention, and regular walks. He is very patient and gentle with kids, visitors, and other dogs. He loves being close to his people, getting lots of pets, and being told what a good boy he is. He is a wonderful companion and will bring lots of joy to his forever family. Chewy is 7 years old and 8 pounds. Our Adoption fee is $325.   For adoption consideration or to meet our dogs, please complete our online application:   www.everypetsdream.org/adopt  and we will have everything we need to know to call you back and set up an appointment.  Follow us:  Facebook  and  Instagram   January 3, 2026, 8:37 pm
