Meet Tootsie Roll – Your Sweetest Little Snuggle Buddy!
Straight from Tennessee, Tootsie Roll is looking for a fresh start after her previous owner’s health made it impossible to keep her. At just about 1.5 years old, she’s the perfect mix of young, loving, and already well-mannered.
Tootsie Roll is the definition of a lap dog. She absolutely lives for being held, cuddled, and staying warm. If you’re searching for a cozy companion to relax with, she’s your girl. Whether you’re watching TV or winding down for the night, she’ll happily be right by your side soaking up the love.
She has a wonderfully gentle personality:
Quiet and respectful — she rarely ever barks
Great with other dogs, cats, kids, and even busy households
Lets you know when she needs to go outside
Comfortable in a crate, but also loves snuggling up in bed
Tootsie Roll can be a little timid at times, especially with loud noises or clapping, so she’d do best in a home that offers a calm, reassuring environment. With a little patience and a lot of love, she truly blossoms into the sweetest companion.

Our standard adoption fee is $465. We offer a $15 discount for adopters who pay by cash or check, making the adoption fee $450.
The adoption fee includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at one of our participating veterinarians, age-appropriate core vaccinations, fecal test, deworming, current on flea and tick preventative, and microchip.
To ensure the best match for both our dogs and adopters, we require a fully completed adoption application, a phone interview, and a meet-and-greet with the entire household. Applications will not be reviewed unless fully completed.
Submitting an application does not guarantee adoption and does not obligate you to adopt; it simply allows us to begin the review process.
