Scarlett is a great family dog. She is a cuddler and loves her peopleI believe she would be happier in a country setting verses the city like i have currently. She’s energetic but trained well and highly trainable to your setting.She’d be a great hunting dog for a hunter from her mountain cur breeding. I think she’d be a great hearding dog from her border collie breeding. She’s excellent at scenting. She’s also great at agility, I have had her running some laps with obstacles, just make shift in my yard. I think she can compete. She’s excellent with children and cats as she’s had both for three years with no issues. She is friends with a neighbor dog but does bark at dogs while on walks.I am fostering her right now after she was with a family with small children for 3 years, they had to much on their plate for a dogI am grandma to the dog I live alone and still work. I am to old for the activity and with the small city yard it’s boring for her

🥚💕 Meet Eggnog! Eggnog is a super sweet, friendly girl with a BIG personality and even bigger energy! 😂 She loves people, other dogs, walks, running, and stopping to sniff absolutely everything. She’s done great with her foster family’s dogs, teenagers, their friends, and the adults she’s met. We think she’d LOVE having a doggy friend to run and play with! Eggnog is smart and already working on sit, stay, and touch. She’s also a pretty good walking buddy—she even spotted a deer recently and calmly stopped to sniff instead of pulling. 🦌👏 She’s still working through some classic young-dog stuff: lots of energy, occasional pulling, and figuring out what is and isn't a chew toy. 😉 She’ll need a family committed to continued training, socialization, exercise, and structure. A fenced yard would be a big plus! Meet Harvey! This heck of a handsome plott hound mix is two years old and 61 pounds of brindled beauty! Harvey is a guy who is all about the love! He makes it no secret that his happy place is being with his people. He already knows how to sit and takes his treats very gently. When it comes to toys, he's appreciates every kind there is. He enjoys the company of his fellow kennel mates and could make and excellent pal for your family fur baby. He's an easy-going guy who is a joy to hang with. Harvey went on an outing with some of our awesome volunteers and as you can see by the pictures, he had a great time. He looked cute as can be in his pumpkin outfit and enjoyed hitting the trail for some fun. He hopped right in the car and was ready to roll! He was good on leash and did well with passing people, pups and bikes. He even enjoyed exploring the water. He was very well-behaved when they stopped off at the store and finished the day off with an pup cup which he devoured. He's ready to join you on all of your adventures! As he is still a young man, Harvey will benefit from daily exercise, continued training, and a yard to enjoy in his new home. He may have the capacity to live in a home with other animals and we are happy to do a meet and greet with your family fur baby.
