Story
Vander is a rescue dog, we got about 4 years ago. He is a wonderful dog but is protective of our family. With a human son who he loves and adores it has made it difficult to have people over he does not know. For Vanders safety and to not make him scary any of his human sons friends we keep him in a bedroom while people visit. He deserves a family that can provide him a home with lots of land and someone who will be with him always. He is a cuddle and very loyal. He gets along with his sister dog a labradoodle. This decision is not easy for us and are looking for someone who will love him and provide a life for him that is able to be present with him and keep him company.

Say hello to Sirius! He may be on the smaller side, but he has the energy to keep up with dogs twice his size. Sirus is a four year old Heeler/Mountain Cur mix, only weighing around 30 lbs. If you want a dog that's sporty and compact, give Sirius a try! If you would like to visit our animals, our office hours are 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. and we are closed to the public on Wednesdays and Sundays. He is a playful and happy guy who would love to make his stay at the Haven a short one! Are you interested in giving this adorable fur baby a forever home?
