Story
Flicka is a gentle, quiet senior lady who prefers the simple life. At around 45 lbs, she carries herself with a calm, low-key presence and tends to keep to herself, happily observing the world from a cozy spot nearby. She cohabitates peacefully with both dogs and cats, making her an easy addition to a mellow home. Flicka walks nicely on leash, though she can be a bit skittish and will thrive with a patient, understanding adopter who can help her feel safe and secure. She’s not one to demand attention, but there’s something special about her soft, steady companionship—she’s the kind of dog who will quietly become your shadow and your comfort. If you’re looking for a sweet, independent soul to share your space and your heart, Flicka might just be your girl.

Our sweet, shy Roo. He was found stray with some other dogs out in the country. He has been coming along nicely but still needs a little help with leash training. We believe with lots of love and a little patience he will make a wonderful family dog. Please come out & take a look at Roo!!!
