THANKS TO A GENEROUS DONOR, TOBY TRENT'S ADOPTION FEE IS SPONSORED! September 2025 UPDATE:  2 1/2yr old, male, neutered, Mountain Cur.  Approximately 45 pounds, up to date on vaccinations. Tobey is a wonderful dog/companion. He’s obedient…sits, comes when called and just genuinely wants to please.  Crate trained, he eats in this “dining car”, as he is a super fast gobbler of food and would devour the others if left to his own devices. Sleeps in a crate occasionally but prefers sleeping with his person on the foot of the bed. TT loves car rides, running, outside, playing fetch, running (needs to be mentioned again cause some days he’s nonstop), treats, toys, and company. He loves his people but is a huge fan of other dogs (living w/4 other dogs) and cats (as long as the cat's not running from him). Kids seem to be on his list of likes, although his foster home doesn't have any.   Toby is an adventurer and would adore having someone to hike, go camping or fishing trips together.  He’s a very loyal and energetic fella.  He is quite the character and oh so lovable. Everybody, meet Bonita! Bonita is a 4-year old, Great Pyraneese! Bonita, but also known as "Bonnie" is sweet and loyal. She loves her family and is devoted to protecting them. She is soft and cuddly when she is relaxing but "on the job" if she senses any danger. She loves people and children and gets very excited to be a part of social events. Everyone loves her, and finds joy in interacting with her. Her best life would be on a farm or with a family that has a big yard. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  SOPHIA had a fun time in the play yard when volunteer Alex and her son spent some time playing with her. Sophia is a one-year old Mountain Cur mix who landed in Virginia after being adopted by a family who moved here with her  from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I’m sure everything looks different to Sophia, but she is making the adjustment. She just wants love! it was fun to see how much she relished and thrived on the attention given by these two volunteers! Sophia is spayed, and microchipped, and current with heartworm preventive and and vaccines. Come visit this lean, active girl!. We understand she is cratetrained, and that will be helpful when she moves to a new home. she is excited about playing with other dogs!   PLEASE NOTE: This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA. She is ready to become part of an active family.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. He was picked up by Harrison County Animal Control on January 22nd, 2026 with no collar or microchip to identify him. He loves to be a lap dog and snuggle close to you at all times. He has a beautiful dapple coat color, is only 38lbs, great on a leash, and knows how to sit and lay down. We think he would be great with kids due to his gentle demeanor. He is great with other dogs, and would love to meet your pup if you have one. Catahoula's are a highly intelligent working breed who are perfect for farm life or a household who like to go on adventures. Hunner is heartworm positive by no fault of his own. With proper treatment Hunner can live out his life happy and healthy. This sweet baby deserves it so much. Hunner's $250 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccines, microchip AND transport fee to a location near you. We currently have transportation to CT, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, GA, and TN.
