Story
Jax is a very loving dog. He is great with adults and children but needs to be the only dog. He does have food aggression when another dog is present. He has worked with trainers and we have kept up on the training but he just can't get past the aggression when food is around. That is his only flaw. He loves to go for runs and hike! He makes a wonderful movie buddy to snuggle up with. He will do anything for a treat and a cuddle! He needs a family that does not have another dog and has time to take him for walks, etc. He has lots of energy! Overall Jax is a wonderful dog besides the food aggression. This is very hard for our family to do but, it is unfair to our senior dog who we have had longer. We are not asking for a rehoming fee, but we will only give him away to the perfect family. We will ask to meet before we make our decision. Jax is around 7/8 years old.

Story
Eddie (Prince Edward to the vet) was born in 10/12 and joined our family in 12/12. He was adopted from a friend whose dog had puppies and was the younger dog to our family’s middle aged corgi-dachshund mix. They were never super close but tolerated each other. He hasn’t done well with any other dog who has visited our home and we never take him out to interact with other dogs. He can be anxious and agressive so does better when left to approach you for pets and cuddles. But when he is cuddly, he is cuddly!Sadly, Eddie needs a new home because my mom has passed (11/25) and my dad is in memory care (04/26). Eddie has been with my husband, one year old son and I since 10/25 but it is becoming an increasingly tenuous situation. There have been a few close calls and we don’t want to take chances with our son’s safety. Eddie is in great health and is up to date on all of his shots. He has been on a soft food diet for the past 2 years.
