Story
Marley was adopted from the humane society as a stray in 2024 he is now 4 years old. He is a very energetic dog who can be very loving. He loves being outdoors and plush toys. He is potty trained and prefers sleeping in a crate. Marley needs an experienced pet owner who is familiar with behavioral issues in rescues. He isn’t very trusting of people and I believe that is due to his past, prior to me having him. I have noticed he tends to gravitate towards males more than females. His behavioral issues consist of growling, lunging and biting when feeling threatened. Although, I do not know his past history I do think he may have been neglected or abused. I believe an experienced dog owner who even has other dogs would be very beneficial for Marley. He has shown to get along with other dogs it’s people that he is very skeptical of. Marley deserves an owner who is fully committed and able to care for him in all the ways he deserves.

Story
Blu was found with a litter of puppies behind an abandoned building. He’s a little over a year old and up to date on shots as well as neutered. He’s been around older children and another dog. I’m out of the house 12+ hours per day and he needs a new home. He is timid, but has never been aggressive.

Story
💙 REHOMING BANJO 💙 Banjo is a loving 4–5-year-old pup who gets along wonderfully with children and other dogs. He loves to cuddle, play, and then flop on the couch like the chill potato he is. He’s gentle, affectionate, and has a sweet, calm personality. Unsure how he does with cats, but he’s never shown aggression. He deserves a home where he can get plenty of love and attention — if you’re looking for a loyal snuggle buddy, Banjo might be your perfect match!

Story
I got her in New Mexico with my boyfriend at the time, when she was eight weeks old. then three months later I had to pack everything up and move back to Florida with my mom due to domestic abuse. I tried to keep her but I'm unable to keep her any longer. My mom's German Shepherd doesn't like her and we've tried to get them use to each other. but nothing has helped. its hard to keep them separated, and unfair that one or the other has to be locked up while the other is out. She needs a home that she can be out and able to play with either other dogs or kids. I'm unable to give her what she needs at the time and just want a good home that can give her what she needs.  She's ten months old, and is very sweet, hyper, and playful. she does well with kids, cats, and other dogs. she loves walks and being able to run. She's doesn't like water, due to not being around it much. She loves to cuddle and sleep next to her person at the end of the bed.

Story
Charlie is a 42lb 2.5-3yr old Schnauzer mixed breed that we adopted from the Halifax Humane society Dec-24. She is an insecure girl with low self-esteem who needs an owner/owners with no children who lives an active lifestyle and is looking for a walking/hiking partner. Charlie will greatly benefit from confidence building exercises in a calm and structured environment, and a home that does not have a lot of people coming and going. Charlie has great potential to become a confident and secure dog with a person/persons who have the time to engage in confidence building exercises and excursions. Charlie is currently living with 2 cats that she has adapted to with time and plays well with other dogs in a dog park setting. Included with adoption is Charlie's bed, toys, cot, crate, flea and tick meds, any food on hand at time of adoption, and an adult tricycle used for running her

Story
Ginger came to us at a little over 2 months old. She was full of worms and we had to go through a lot to get her healthy. We have small children and they keep getting knocked down and scratched by her. She's not aggressive by any means she is just excited, however we have to make the diffult choice of giving her to another family that is more capable of meeting her needs.
