Story
Meet Leo — A Heart Full of Love, Looking for His PersonLeo is 3 years old and loves hard. He’ll curl up beside you on the couch, climb into your lap while you work, and burrow into bed at night like he was always meant to be there. He loves belly scratches, daily walks, crunchy carrots, and the occasional pup cup from Starbucks.Giving him up is one of the hardest things we’ve ever done. He’s not a bad dog — he’s a good dog who needs something we can’t give him right now. We recently welcomed a new baby, and Leo’s anxiety means he doesn’t do well with her around. He’s not getting the calm attention he deserves, and he knows it.He needs a quiet, kid-free home where he can be someone’s whole world again — with time for slow mornings, long walks, and a someone who will love him back tenfold. He gave us everything. Now we want to find him a home where he gets that back.If that’s you, Leo is ready to meet you.

Story
Willow is a sweet, playful gentle little girl. She is close to 1yrs old. We have had her about three months. She just needs a large backyard to run and play. She is somewhat house broken but needs a little more work on it. We don’t have a yard to let her out when she needs. But she is good on a leash and will do her business then. Unfortunately husband and I are older and have health problems so she doesn’t get a walk often. She is very intelligent and a clown. She would make a great pet for a young household. She loves to play with children and other dogs.

Story
Mitzy is a 9‑year‑old pit bull mix looking for a home that understands her comfort zones and lets her thrive.Mitzy currently lives with another dog and children, but she doesn’t consistently get along with other dogs and can become uneasy around very young kids. She would do best as the only dog in the home or in a family with older, respectful children. She is not compatible with cats.

Story
Max is a 6yr old male sable color mutt. We adopted him 5 years ago. He was 11 months old when we adopted him from HSSC. He is very loving and cuddly and loves people. Due to many changes in our household, he and our other 2 dogs, 1 male, 1 female no longer get along. He has been with them since we adopted him. We have been assured by the vet he is in good health just alittle over weight. Unfortunately due to my mothers' declining health and his inability to get along with the other dogs anymore we need to rehome him as soon as possible. I believe it would be best if he was the only dog. He is very sweet, loving and loves butt scratches. He loves being with his people. He loves milkbones or any snacks you like to share. Hes house trained, does okay on the leash but could be better. We just want to give Max the love and attention he needs.Max comes with his favorite blanket, bed, and dog bowls.

Story
Diamond is 5 years old. We adopted her a few months ago from the local county rescue. We have discovered our granddaughter has severe allergies and we can no longer keep her. Diamond is cuddle bug. She only barks when someone rings the doorbell and is crate trained. She’s also trained to potty outside. It would be best if she’s the only dog in the home. She is fearful of other dogs but is friendly towards our neighbors and has zero problems with humans. She definitely has some feisty terrier in her, but she’s a sweet little girl. This is not easy for us to do but we have to find our Bubba another loving home. Her shots are current. She is microchipped. She’s also on a monthly heart worm preventative. Can provide her crate, bowls, and her favorite blanket if her new parents desire.

Story
Zeke is a sweet boy that needs lots of exercise and the freedom to be the only dog. He is great with kids! He loves cuddling under the blanket while you lay next to him! He is food aggressive so leave the man alone while he eats! This is not a decision we are taking lightly but he is not getting the life he deserves as our circumstances have changed drastically… please adopt this sweet boy
