Story
Mindy is part of a bonded pair with Kiki who we are also trying to rehome. She is a senior dog so goes at a slower pace. We got her at the SPCA in NC about 2 years ago and were told she was about 11years old at that time. She is very quiet, calm and intelligent. A sweet sweet dog who loves scratches. We are moving and my husband and I are not in good health and want to find a good home for Mindy.

Story
Maggie was a stray puppy and is about 4 years old. We are not fully sure her breed but she appears to be some type of pit bull mix. She is great with people and most other dogs and very affectionate. She has never been around children so we aren’t sure how well she would do around little ones. She has a lot of energy and does require a lot of attention. She is house trained, but she does have a tendency to use the bathroom indoors if she isn’t getting attention. She needs a lot of long walks and/or a big backyard to play in. We are having a baby in the fall and have 4 other animals and need to rehome her so she can get the attention and love she deserves that she can’t receive in such a full house. She does not do well with cats but loves her doggy siblings. She does have skin allergies but regular baths and adding a spoonful of coconut oil to her meals has helped tremendously.

Kida just wants love and attention. She is trained to let you know when she needs to go out and would be content with snuggles 24-7 if you would let her. Her appetite is small and she loves toys! Just having to relocate as a single mom and can not have a pet.
