Story
May Pang is named after John Lennon’s other girlfriend. May Pang is 8 years old. She is a very loving dog, but she does not like chickens or cats. She might pretend to like cats but she really does not like cats. She likes to go for car rides and likes to be sung to. She has a healthy appetite and is a very good girl. She does not care for toys, but likes bones and pig ears or dog biscuits. She does like to go for a run and will stay gone for three hours (if there is a pond nearby) so I would suggest a tracker or that you keep her on a leash when walking her. She is also crate trained. I also have an extra large metal crate if you need one. She blinks and squints her eyes hello; confirms yes to questions and to say she loves you.

Story
Meet Lady Ann 🤍 Lady Ann was found abandoned on the side of the road, so while we don’t know much about her past, we do know she has the most loving heart and gentle spirit. She weighs about 45 lbs, has a beautiful brindle coat, and based on her teeth, we estimate she’s around 4-5 years old. Overall, she’s in great shape and has an absolutely wonderful temperament. She’s fully up to date on all her shots, on preventative care, and currently receiving treatment for heartworms. We’re committed to her recovery and are happy to provide medication to help support her continued treatment in her new home. Lady Ann truly lives up to her name—she is the definition of a perfect companion. She is house trained, dog-friendly, cat-friendly, and amazing with people. She walks beautifully on a leash, knows her name, and has zero food aggression. She has an easygoing, gentle personality and has been such a joy to have around. Her favorite thing is seeing her people—she’ll greet you with the sweet

Story
Achilles is around one and a half to two years old, and is a ball of mighty energy. He loves a good cuddle and is kind and gentle to cats. He would do best in a one dog home. He does alert to go to the bathroom via looking at or booping the leash, though he still has the excitement/nervous piddle in unfamiliar situations. His favorite activity is escorting you around the house and making sure everything is satisfactory for his best friend. Give him a cookie, he'll give you his whole heart.

Story
Archie is an adult mix breed - predominately Husky, Lab, GSD & American Staffordshire Terrier. He is house-trained and up-to-date on all vaccines, as well as flea, tick & heartworm prevention. All records are available. Archie can be timid upon first introductions, but once he knows he's the center of attention his fun-loving, goofy self shines brightly. He had a rough start before I adopted him, but I have made a lot of progress with his confidence, especially when interacting with people. He is the sweetest little soul, and with a few extra treats will become your best friend. He is highly food motivated, which helps with training. There is still a bit of puppy in him, so he's still learning to take treats respectfully. Given his size and energy, he will need someone who has experience working with strong dogs. While he is leash trained, he can pull if a scent piques his interest. I truly wish I didn't need to rehome him, but due to health issues I don't have the time he deserves.

Story
Gracie was dropped off in our neighborhood about a year ago. After determining she was not microchipped and no one came forward to claim her, we decided to keep her. We have loved this dog! She was easy to house train, great with our kids, and super sweet. However, she has a love for adventure that we have been unable to correct. We cleared our backyard and put up a fence which she quickly climbed over. We have hired dog walkers, tried daycare, provided cognitive toys, used a collar, etc with no improvement. Our fence is a shorter type, 4-rail so that made it easier to climb (we had not thought of that). As much as we hate to lose her, we have to accept that our full-time jobs and incompatible living/yard space is keeping her from enjoying her best life. We would love to see her with other dogs, a large fenced yard, and kids. She’s very social and incredibly sweet and smart.

Story
Farley is an extremely loving, low maintenance dog. He’s around 75lbs and close to 10 years old but still has a blast on long walks and loves to go hiking. He’s also perfectly content lounging around and prefers to curl up next to you or in the same room. Gets along great with other dogs and kids, he’s just too big for our newborn and seems a bit unhappy at the decrease in attention. So we would like to find him a loving home, hopefully with a lot of property or large yard to run around in. He does well off leash but will definitely chase a squirrel or deer if he sees one.
