Story
We are hoping to find our sweet boy Ozzie a new, loving home. He’s a beautiful 4-year-old chocolate mix, but will require special care from an experienced owner. We adopted Oz when he was 8 weeks old from a local rescue. We don’t know much about his history, but Oz has needed anti-anxiety meds ever since he was a puppy. He’s very skittish & sensitive to sound, movement & touch, which can manifest as nipping & resource guarding. Even with his challenges, there is a lot to love about Ozzie. He is unequivocally loyal to his humans. He enjoys quiet walks, running around in the backyard & training sessions. He’s an excellent student & will work hard for a treat - our trainers have loved working with him! We love Oz & this has been an impossible decision, but we are committed to finding Oz a new family that will be as patient & understanding towards his needs as we have been.
