Story
He is s very good dog. He is great with other dogs and great with kids! As much as we want to keep him life have gotten really busy with all of our kids extra curriculars and sports. He is in his kennel more times than not and we hate that for him. He is kennel trained. He needs to be in kennel if your away as he does like to chew on things/eat things, especially kids socks! He has allergies which do cause him to lose some hair on his rear end. We are pretty sure we have narrowed down to a chicken/poultry allergy so have been feeding him lamb food and it has seemed to help alot!

Story
Meet Courage Courage is settling beautifully into foster life, and the best word for him right now is steady. In the evenings, he’s all about the loveseat. He’ll curl up next to his person or snuggle in with his foster siblings like he’s always belonged there. He’s not chaotic. He’s not demanding. He just wants to be close. He’s discovered the joy of stuffies — squirrel, dragon, alligator — and while another dog in the house may immediately “destroy and conquer,” Courage prefers the slow, thoughtful approach. He’ll proudly carry his toy around before gently dismantling it piece by piece. It’s very on brand. He’s playful, but he’s also content to simply follow you downstairs while you do laundry and lay nearby, keeping quiet company. That’s his superpower — presence. He just wants to be where you are. Crate time has turned into a little strategy game. He knows exactly what’s happening and has decided he prefers a bit of privacy before going in for his treat. Smart boy. The basics: *Dog-friendly *Chill in the evenings *Loves toys *Crate trained *Loyal shadow energy **On heartworm medication — treatment fully covered by ECAC until complete Courage isn’t flashy. He’s the kind of dog who builds a bond slowly and then gives you his whole heart. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate companion who just wants to be part of your everyday life, this is your guy.

Story
We got joey when he was around 6 months old from a farm. He had been living in a barn. He is very active, playful, patient with kids, and handles other dogs. He does run the fence and bark as passerbys, but is not aggressive nor has ever bit anyone. We recently brought out second baby home and he is showing more anxious/stressed behaviors such as chewing pacifiers and pump parts, getting on the countertops/table to get food left out, getting into bathroom trash, whining every night, and breaking down or jumping the gait when he no longer wants to be or is too anxious to be locked up. We have a small area for him and our other small dogs we locked them in at night and when we are gone.

Story
We’re unfortunately looking to rehome Jasper. We took him in back in January from someone who had to move and couldn’t keep pets, and while we’ve really enjoyed having him, the timing just isn’t right for us with baby #2 on the way.Jasper gets along great with our other dog and does well with our cats. He’s been good with our two-year-old after learning not to bump into her, but we think he’d do best with older kids.He takes time to warm up to new people and can be nervous in unfamiliar situations. He has bitten before when he felt cornered or overwhelmed, so we want to be upfront that he needs an experienced owner who understands dog behavior and can give him a calm environment with proper introductions. Would be happy to discuss details at length. He also seems like he’d have good potential to be trained off lead for someone with a larger property. He loves toys and sticks. This is not an easy decision, and we want to find the right home for him. Message me with questions.

Story
Kilo's story begins with a lovely owner who unfortunately passed when Kilo was only 2. From there, he went to a shelter where he seemed to get along fine with other dogs, then was adopted by a family who had a few dogs of their own that did not get along with Kilo. That's when and why he came to us, and once he was in our home he had officially loathed other dogs and would try to attack them. We have worked on this for the last few years with minimal progress, but still progress. He should not be in a home with or unleashed around other dogs, but he can finally run the fence line happily with our neighbors dogs. Kilo is terrified of rain/storms (he hides in the bathtub), we believe he's allergic to chicken & it's byproduct (itchy skin, irritation, and ear infections went down significantly when we switched his food), and he has low-level separation anxiety (he doesn't eat or drink when we aren't home). He is a very good boy, and he deserves a home better than we can now give him.

Story
Meet Rex Rex is a 1–2 year old Rottweiler mix with steady eyes and a quiet intensity that says he’s built for loyalty. He watches. He thinks. He bonds deeply. And once you’re his person, you’re his person. Here’s the part that’s hard to say… Rex has had zero interest. No inquiries. No applications. Not one. And that’s heartbreaking — because this boy has so much to give the right home. Rex is in his young adult era. Strong. Smart. Still learning. He will absolutely thrive with an experienced owner who understands working breeds and knows that structure and leadership aren’t optional — they’re love in action. Because of his strength and drive, Rex will need: • An experienced owner • A home with no children • No cats • A required meet & greet with any other dogs He isn’t for everyone. And that’s okay. He’s looking for his person — the confident, calm handler who sees the value in loyalty that runs bone-deep. The right home is out there. It just hasn’t found him yet. If you understand the Rottweiler mix heart and are ready to stand beside a devoted, intelligent companion, Rex is waiting.
