Bailey and her brother were found as puppies in a dumpster. I adopted her @ 12 weeks old, intent to train her for my father, who's lonely because his dog passed away. Plan was for me to keep her 4-6 months to train, and in that time my father was diagnosed w/ cancer and is unable to care for her. I already have 2 dogs and do not have a fenced yard. I am traveling 2 weeks monthly for work, and my daughter, who cares for my other dogs, will not take Bailey as it is too much for her in apartment. I cannot afford to continue boarding her 2 weeks each month and it is not fair for her. I have been doing this for over a year now and it is taking a toll on me financially. My training w/ her is not consistent due to schedule, thus her struggle with potty training. She will do good, then board, then revert. She is high energy and needs someone to spend consistent time with her. She is truly a love bug when she calms down, loves to sleep by your side, and loves her belly rubs!

We found Morgan last June abandoned starving and covered in ticks. He's up to date on shots and on flea and tick meds now and at a healthy weight. Hes around 70lbs and our best guess is he is a German shepherd mix. He's sweet, loving, loyal and a big goofball! He loves to go for rides, play fetch and tug a war. Loves going on walks and playing in the creek. Hes not really been around kids but has done great with teens and adults. He knows sit and stay and is willing to learn. He's very smart. He walks well on an electronic leash. He does seem to have some separation anxiety. He does not like cats at all. We have 3 small dogs and 2 cats that we had before he came. Morgan and my small male dont get along well and im afraid he is going to hurt my cats. He's a great dog and I'd keep him if I didn't have the others. He'll make someone a great dog.

Looking for a forever home for this loving nearly 4 year old girl through no fault of her own. She came to us through a foster situation, but her original owner can no longer take her back and has decided removing her is the best option. Honeysuckle is shy when you first meet her, but once she comes out of her shell, she will be your best friend. She enjoys pets and cuddles, and would be a loyal companion for someone with the time for her. She does well with other larger dogs, but isnt a fan of smaller ones. She also likes to chase cats, but has o ly pestered them and never hurt one. She has interacted with children, younger and older, with no problems, but like any dog, that can vary with the environment. Adoption fee will be donated to Polk County Humane Society.

Such a sweet dog and had been great with kids. She does love to play! If you will play ball with her, she will constantly bring you her ball until you are sick of it and tell her to lay down. She loves pets and belly rubs. She can not be in a house with other cats. She is very aggressive towards them. She has pretty bad allergies. She is on medication for that.

Aspen is a super sweet pup around a year old who just needs a good place to land. With work and so many other dogs his current family just can’t give him the love he deserves when he has so much love to give. Aspen is crate trained and potty trained. Owners haven’t had the time to teach him many commands, but he’s good motivated and smart! He’s good with cats, dogs, and people of all ages. He’d be an amazing family dog, but he’d also be great as a loyal best friend in a one man/woman show. Please reach out if you want to open your home to this loving guy!

I would love to get her to a place where she can run and explore but have a warm place to sleep at night and a family who loves her. She is very sweet and affectionate and loves to cuddle. She is trained and knows commands - it’s just a matter of her deciding to listen to you.
