Story
Chuco was recently adopted. He seems to play well with dogs similar to his size but hasn’t been introduced to smaller dogs in a household environment. Chuco is very active and loves rope toys and other durable chew toys so highly recommended that toys are bought for him prior to adoption. He has been tolerant of children but may do better with children that are older and have a good of understanding with how to approach, though saying that Chuco doesn’t mind if you poke him, stick fingers in his mouth, or pick him up. Chuco does like to snuggle and hop in the bed. Chuco seems to know a few commands but can be distracted sometimes. Chuco hasn’t displayed any food aggression nor cage aggression. Chuco may do well with another large dog need a companion that is active and tolerant of other dogs. Chuco does get anxious when he has to go potty. Overall Chuco is a big boy who would do well in an active environment and would thrive with additional training, and does well in a kennel.

Very smart loving dog. I have had her since 8 weeks old. She lets me know when she needs to do her business. She is protective in the sense that when the doorbell rings she will bark. I want her to go to a home that has a backyard and a home with children. I will need to meet with the family.

My mom says I am a this/that breed of dog, because I am a little of this and a little of that!😄 We think I’m about a year old & stay under 40lbI really love snuggling with my person, head scratches (THE BEST!), and being your loyal shadow. I take a little longer to warm up to new people than some pups, but I can be very loving/silly once I feel safe.Important needs:• No children, I need a quiet, adults-only home. I have bitten the little humans in my current home, but I also growl if they enter the room I’m in or if they’re too loud.• No cats/smaller animals, please!• Big barker, it’s my second fav hobby!• Allergies, a cherry eye that shows up when the allergies get bad, and strong scavenging/chasing instincts. I love smelling all of the smells!I’m a good pup but need an experienced, patient owner committed to training and management. She absolutely loves people, gets along well with other dogs, and enjoys spending her days playing and being active. Roxie would thrive in a home with a backyard where she has plenty of space to run around and burn off her energy. She would also do wonderfully with a family that has children who can give her lots of attention and playtime. Roxie can be a little shy at first and is sensitive to loud noises, so she does best with patient people who can help her feel safe and secure. She also gets anxious during car rides and tends to be more of a homebody, preferring the comfort of familiar surroundings. Once she feels comfortable, Roxie is an affectionate and loyal companion who loves being around her people. We're looking for a loving home that can give Roxie the space, patience, and care she deserves. In return, she'll bring lots of love, companionship, and joy to her new family. ❤️
