She does not get along with other dogs/cats: I am hoping to find a home where she is the only pet. She is home trained and kennel trained. She love rolling in the grass and swimming.

Hey I’m Scout! I was born March 26, 2023. I’m a very energetic girl who loves to chew on bones, play in the water and run around. I also enjoy cuddling up at night and demanding pets. One important thing you should know is I’m scared with strangers. I went through a traumatic experience at a board and train facility where I received thermal burns down my leg and chest so I now have scars both physically and emotionally. I need a loving and patient home but also an active home. I’m very food motivated!!! I’m on a prescription diet of hills science diet gastrointestinal biome which helps me greatly. I’ll come with my kennel, my leash, a bag of food, my elevated food and water bowls as well as a nice food storage container.

This is Kira! She is a sweet 9 month old mix breed puppy. She is spayed and all shots are up to date. She is very much a lap dog and melts in your arms when you pet her. I adopted her from the animal foundation in June, she was listed as a stray. She is friendly and has never bit a person. She gets really excited meeting new people and wants to be pet by everyone. She knows the commands of wait, sit, and paw. She is mostly potty trained but still has accidents now and then as she is still a puppy and is still learning to control her bladder. She still likes to jump on people when she meets them but is learning not to. I am deciding to rehome her before I become too attached as I no longer have access to a yard for her to play in. She lives with me in my apartment complex and the only time she can go outside is when I walk her. I am quite busy lately getting my career established and only want the best for her. She would love to have access to a personal yard, doesn’t have to be huge.

Meet Zoey! 🐾At just 9 weeks old and 7 pounds, Zoey is an adorable Chiweenie mix who will stay on the smaller side when she's fully grown. Don't let her tiny size and little legs fool you—this girl is incredibly fast and loves to play rough with the big dogs!She's doing great with potty training, uses pee pads, and sleeps through the night in her crate. Zoey loves people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs, but she'd also be perfectly happy as the center of attention in an only-dog home.Her favorite things are cuddling, treats, and learning new things. She's very food-motivated, so training is coming along beautifully. Zoey is ready to find a loving family to call her own! ❤️Zoëy is available to go home on Foster To Adopt status. He and his siblings were brought to us from an owner who was living in her car with the dogs. She wanted a better life for them and surrendered them to the rescue. The mom looked like them, slender and danty, and dad looked like a Chihuahua/Pug/Dachshund mix. They are social and friendly.....typical puppies, playful, eat, sleep and repeat. More will be known about me soon. A Path 4 Paws holds adoption events at our Adoptions Center, located at 232 N. Jones Blvd, Suite 170 right next to CAL Ranch (North Jones/ I-95). Please bring your dog(s) for a meet and greet (if applicable) Please bring your entire family so everyone can meet. If you are interested in Pickles, please contact dogrescuelv@hotmail.com to confirm the dog you are interested in, will be attending that particular event.
