Story
This is special (8/24/2021). She is the daughter of two of my other dogs, Gypsy and Dobby. We have kept her for the last 5 years since her birth. She is friendly with her father, her mother and her do not get along but it is of no fault of specials. She has not been around dogs that she has not grown up around. She also is nervous around young kids and will likely just run away as she has never tried to bite at anyone. She is very skiddish at first, but once she gets to know you she will not leave you alone. She will require a lot of patience, just at first to get used to you. We love special very much and we are heartbroken that we can no longer provide her with adequate care due to upcoming changes in living situation. Rather than dropping her off at the pound, where she may never find a home, we hope this will provide her with the forever home we had once thought we could provide.

Story
Maddy is a sweet and energetic girl who we’ve come to realize needs more than our current home can offer her. She struggles to feel comfortable around other dogs, particularly in new environments, and can become reactive and tense around them a challenge that’s difficult to manage in a multi-dog household. As the largest dog, she can unintentionally overwhelm the smaller dogs, and despite our best efforts, we haven’t been able to find a dynamic that feels fair to everyone involved. Maddy has a big personality and a lot of energy, and we truly believe she would flourish in a spacious home ideally with land or a farm setting where she can run and explore freely. She would thrive as the sole pet, with all the love and attention focused on her.

Story
Simba is a playful and very active dog. He loves going on walks and hikes. I have had him for 3 years and has been a good dog. Unfortunately he’s really good at climbing out of fences. I have to re home him due to him going into neighbors yards and causing conflict.

Story
Banjo is a great dog with lots of energy who needs someone who is patient with getting to know her. She is really shy and scared at first, but becomes bonded and loyal quickly with gentleness from you. She's cuddly and quite loving. She is good with my dogs. She's reactive to dogs when we walk by them on walks and was reactive to humans at first as well, but is getting better each day. She needs more socializing and some training, but she wants to learn and be good. I got her at the pound and she wasn't socialized with humans at all. She potty trained herself watching my other dogs and taught herself sit. She is very smart. She is crate trained. She's a chewer, but she's a puppy, so I'm guessing she'll grow out of that. She is about 5-6 months old and about 20 pounds. She could really use sweetness, love, training and daily exercise. I think she'd be fine with older kids, but she has a herding instinct and it doesn't seem like that would work with young kids.

Story
Nala is a rescue puppy that has spent the last 5 years emotionally recovering from her abuse. She has become a very friendly and energetic dog but has had some issues with our other dog that lead to a serious fight that resulted in the other dog being maimed and my wife being bit. Although she is a good dog 98% of the time, I no longer trust her around other dogs or children and her past abuse requires a more experienced owner. I am able to disclose her entire history including medical and behavioral histories.

Story
Chicken Nugget is a very sweet, very attached dog. She likes to have all the attention and giving attention to other animas or children can upset her. She is very energetic and loves to cuddle and is pretty outgoing. She is having behavioral issues where she started a serious fight with our other dog and was maimed in the process. She has been snapping at our 2 year old and scratched his hand on her teeth while trying to take his food. She is a very good dog and very loyal but I cannot trust her to not start fights with other animals and she is not trust worthy around children.
