Story
We adopted Frankie from the animal shelter a year and a half ago, and have really enjoyed our time with Frankie. At this time, we need to rehome Frankie due to a family member coming to live with us unexpectedly. Our family member already has a dog and a cat, and we cannot have all three in our home. Frankie is very smart and house trained, he is full of energy and loves to be the center of attention. He also knows basic commands and is good on a leash and does not wander. We feel he would do best with one adult or a couple who could devote alot of time to Frankie. we would supply all the food, toys and crate we have for Frankie. Our hope is to give Frankie a great home, because while we are sad to have to give him up, we feel it is for the best. thank you.

Story
Peyton is a very sweet 5-year-old mixed-breed female. She came into our family 2 years ago as a rescue from a local pet shelter. She loves treats, belly rubs, going on walks, and chasing squirrels. She is not aggressive and has never bit anyone. She is excellent with babies, kids, and other dogs. She has been around our daughter since we brought her home from the hospital. She has had 2 TPLO surgeries (tibial plateau leveling osteotomy- a procedure performed on dogs with a torn cranial cruciate ligament in the knee) on both hind legs with excellent results and no further follow-up is needed. She does take a nightly Dasuquin supplement for optimal joint support. Our decision to re-home Peyton has not come lightly. We are devastated. However, shortly after welcoming our daughter, we found out she had some complex medical needs that required highly specialized attention for the foreseeable future. As a result, we cannot no longer provide Peyton with what she deserves to be truly happy.
