My name is Faith and if you take a chance on me, I will do my very best to be the best puppy I could possibly be! Given that I'm a puppy, let me tell you what I've mastered since coming into foster care. First off I love to sleep, so sleeping in the crate is something I do pretty well with. Sometimes I have my puppy moments when I'll whine a bit but just ignore me and I'll fall asleep pretty quickly-mainly because I don't have the stamina to whine for longer than 10-15 minutes! Because I'm so solid in the crate, I've become a pro at potty training-number 1 AND number 2! Although number 2, I love to do on top of snow piles which is hard to do not, but I'm adjusting. Oh, and I have never had an accident inside my current fosters home! Walking outside, I'm a little all over the place because I'm so curious about the world! However, if you come to the walk with snacks, I'm known to be a pretty good walker and love to be treated for my eye contact. I can usually do a walk for 30 minutes or so before I start to get tired and get overwhelmed! I've mastered the game of fetch and nailed a few cues to help make the game even more efficient. I LOVE learning and pick up on training games really quickly.

He is independent, and very confident and will knock your socks off with how well he listens. He always wants to learn and has a laundry list of commands that he can follow. Parsley loves to snuggle with a blanket and will bond well with his caregiver. Once bonded, he will allow that person to care for him. Parsely is very sensitive to touch. He's the type of guy that needs to trust you first, then he'll give you his belly.

Story
Penny is a 1-year-old mixed breed I rescued as a puppy from the streets of Brazil and brought to the United States so she could have a safe life. She is try about 50 pounds, spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. She is energetic, playful, intelligent, and very affectionate when she is on her own. Penny loves being outside and would thrive in an active home, ideally with a fenced yard. She does best as the only pet, as she can be reactive with other animals and sometimes with unfamiliar people. She is crate trained, knows basic commands (sit, down, paw), and learns quickly with consistent training. I am hoping to find her a patient, experienced owner who can give her the structure, exercise, and attention she needs to truly thrive.

I'm so happy to be in Brooklyn with my big brother, Scrappy, and my foster mom. I'm a super duper good dog - I listen well, I'm playful, sweet, and I love to be loved by everyone. My foster mom says I'm "darling". I'm more passive and submissive than my brother. You might say I'm a Type B. My big brother is a little bossy. When he tells me what to do, I do it. But I don't let anything stop me from crawling into my foster mom's lap and getting every snuggle cuddle, and pet. It's never enough. I could be loved all day and I'd still want more. What can I say? I'm ready to be your forever valentine! When I hear things in the hallway, I run to the door and investigate immediately. I don't like treats but I love cream cheese and plain boiled rice. And toys - oh do I love toys. The more toys the better! I like taking naps with my big bro and my foster mom. I have to sleep touching someone else. I also prefer to eat with an audience so if my foster mom is in the kitchen and cooking, I'll go in there and crunch away on my food. And if my foster mom gets up from her seat to go anywhere, I'm right behind her like her little shadow.

Please reach out to us directly using the contact information on our website: www.muddypawsrescue.org. Hello, New York City! I'm Scrappy and I'm pumped to be here. I've got a pep in my step and all the confidence in the world as I take on Brooklyn with my brother, Scooby, and my foster mom. Nothing phases me except for noises in the hallway (I have to make sure they know I'm here!) and the sound of snow shovels scraping against pavement (spring weather, where are you?) Other than that, I've adapted very quickly. I'm cuddly, snuggly, photogenic, and quite athletic (especially for my size.) I'm ready to be the star of the show with my new family. I love attention and after I've gotten my energy out, I'm happy to hang out wherever you are. I love toys and praise for when I've done a good job. Treats don't really interest me (though I will absolutely collect the cream cheese tax!) but I like my crunchy food and I'm absolutely crazy about plain boiled rice. I really like naps with my little bro, belly rubs, being picked up so I can look out the window, and checking out all the smells in my neighborhood. Let's go have some adventures together!
