Story
This is Maggie, she is a spayed 6 year old, breed unknown. Maggie is a very loving girl who just wants to play and give cuddles. She is good with dogs and cats. She has lots of energy but would prefer to be in the house, she is a princess. The reason she is in need of a new home is because my male dog doesn’t like her, so they cannot be out together. She deserves better than what I can give her.

Got Xoey from a shelter when she was 12 weeks (January 2025). She will need shots. She is intact. House and crate trained. I don't have much time for her anymore. She is mainly indoors due to being intact and no fence. You have to be able to pick her up.

Story
Gustavo, or Goose, has travelled with us from Virginia and has plenty of experience playing with other dogs at home and at doggy daycare. At 6 months old, he is 34lbs and has consistently taken his flea/tic/heartworm prevention with no problems at all. Goose is in need of a family who can meet his high-energy needs and who can appreciate all of his silly quirks. One of which is how much he likes carrying around small rocks. Gustavo is a silly pup who we would describe as a long-legged ball of happiness with more energy than our older dogs by a mile. If you're looking for a fun puppy who still has plenty of growing to do, look no further! Reach out to us today and meet your new best friend.

German Shepherd Dog Mutt

Female, Adult
Farmville, NC
Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Not good with dogs, Needs experienced adopter, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
She showed up one day and my boyfriend took her in, she has no house training aside from sitting before receiving meals. She has shown aggression towards other dogs in the home so a home without other animals is best suited for her. She does wonders with people and my 7 year old son. Enjoys laying on the couch and getting loves from her people, chew toys are best as she tears stuffing out of stuffed toys very quickly. Does need a lot of training to not use bathroom in the house. She is roughly 5/6 years old. Has had puppies once and was fixed after that. She is vocal and playful with people. I am just worried about the other dogs in the home with her around. We are aware she has German shepherd and husky in her but beyond that breeds of mutt mix are unknown.

Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)

Story
Roger has been with us for the last three years. as a recommendation from the VA doctors to aid in my husband’s treatment. My husband’s mobile ability is limited and it has become difficult to give Roger the attention he needs. Even thought this is a painful decision, we know it is best for Roger. Roger loves the outdoors but is also very good in the home. He does well with people, patient with children and gets along with other dogs. Roger is mild tempered, loves pets and belly rubs.
