Story
Roshi – Sweet, Energetic Boy Looking for His Forever Home! Roshi is a very sweet and gentle boy who has never shown any aggression toward humans. He’s full of energy, loves to play, listens well to commands, and enjoys getting attention and pets from his people. He has a happy, goofy personality and makes a great companion for someone who can keep up with his active lifestyle! Important details for the right home: Roshi does show food aggression/resource guarding and attention-seeking behaviors toward other dogs. He can get reactive (growling or guarding) around food, treats, or when competing for attention with other canines. Because of this, he would do best as the only dog in an adult-only home (or with very experienced dog owners who are comfortable with management strategies). We have successfully managed these behaviors by feeding him separately and giving him individual attention, but he will need a similar setup in his new home to stay happy and safe.

Story
Meet Lucy! 🐶💕 A couple weeks ago, we found this sweet girl on the side of the road, and she has been nothing but love ever since. Lucy is estimated to be around a year old and is believed to be a Great Dane/Great Pyrenees mix according to our veterinarian. She is very sweet, loving, playful, and full of energy! Lucy loves being around people, walks great on a leash, and is always ready to play. She also loves cuddles and attention! Lucy has had her first round of vaccines, has been checked by our veterinarian, and is very healthy. She’s now looking for a forever home that will give her all the love and care she deserves!

Story
I rescued Knox at 4 weeks old. When I got him he was very sick and I brought him back to health. I’ve had him for 3 years now in August. I just got a new job nearly 2 hours away and moving soon so I’m not able to give him the love and attention this sweet boy deserves. Knox is incredibly smart and picks up routines quickly. Most sweet loving boy. He is very energetic like a young dog would be. He has been crate trained for all 3 years. He has never really been around other dogs or cats for an extended period of time but short encounters he has been great with. Really need somewhere he can run or be great with someone who is active and is willing to work with him. He used to be well trained on a leash but I broke my back so I couldn’t take him with me like I used to. He has kind of fallen out of that habit but would quickly pick up again if that’s your goal.
