Story
Ace is around 10 months old and a mix breed. He is a good boy but needs someone that can spend more time with him and teach him some basic obedience and manbers. He is young and seeks more attention than we can give at this time. He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. He has been on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. We are happy to provide a few months of food to assist.

Story
Sesame is a pretty anxious dog. But she’s very loyal, and won’t leave your side. She really likes to throw the ball, lay curled up next to you and belly scratches. She doesn’t like groups of people and is scared of things that are not in their usual spot. She gets spooked easily. She is scared of thunder, fireworks and loud music. She will need a home with no kids. She grew up in a home with another dog but our other dog is not dominant at all. and she is- so the dynamic worked out for us. I’ve had her since she was 7 months old and love her dearly but unfortunately she does not like our new baby.

Story
I’m looking for a rescue or adopter for my dog Opie, that we rescued from a shelter about a year and a half or so ago. Opie is about 2-3 years old, and an unknown mixed breed. i believe he is some kind of terrier mix. He’s had a troubled past (or so we think), and I was super hopeful our home would be it for him. Unfortunately, the previous rescue did not expose him to men, or children. Which he has shown issues with both since we have had him. He is okay with MOST men, but he needs to be introduced properly, as i believe he was possibly abused at some point in his life. Our biggest issue is with children. Our kids are just way too much for him, and we have had multiple issues of him not acclimating well despite us trying everything. He will do best in a home with adults with experience with dogs with anxiety. But otherwise, he’s so sweet. Loves fetch and treats. And gets the zoomies when he’s happy! Please reach out for more info! I want to find him a home he can thrive.

Story
Meet a truly special girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She’s incredibly energetic, playful, and full of life, but also one of the sweetest, most affectionate dogs you’ll ever meet. She absolutely loves to cuddle and will happily curl up beside you after she’s had a chance to burn off her energy. She thrives in the outdoors and would do best in a home with plenty of land where she can run freely and explore. Being outside is her happy place, and she needs space to move, play, and release her energy. That said, she does struggle with severe anxiety. Loud noises—especially thunderstorms—can be very overwhelming for her, and during these times she may become extremely distressed and behave very differently than usual. Because of this, she needs a patient, understanding owner who is experienced or willing to work with an anxious dog and provide her with a calm, secure environment. She’s a loving companion who bonds deeply, but she’s not the right fit for every home.
