Story
Regal is the perfect dog for any man or woman with a softer side. He was rescued from a rough home and has gone from being poorly behaved to being very friendly, intelligent, and cuddly. He's very well potty trained with no accidents for the house for the better part of a year and is in general quite trainable. Unfortunately we inherited this dog while we had not nearly enough space for him and he really needs a home that fits his needs. He's a very energized and playful dog who loves walks and fetch and just generally running around, he'll always be ready for outdoor activities. Regal has struggled with getting socialized with other dogs and we would generally recommend letting him be in a single dog home, we think its possible to train him to be better around others, we just don't have the means or knowledge to do so. He will get warmed up to people extremely quickly and then love them forever. We really love this dog and want him to go somewhere that he'd be loved and helpful.

This little man lost his human mama to cancer on September 25. I am disabled (MS) and cannot safely care for him. Duke is a senior boy who loves life. He has a lot of young dog left in him. He loves leisurely walks in parks or getting pets and cuddles at home. He gets along great with other small dogs and loves exploring. His prior mama had him trained to potty on a pee pad in the house, but he is now trained to go outside with only a few accidents on a pee pad I keep by the door. He loves napping in his crate when he’s tired with the door open during the day and sleeps well in there at night with the door closed and a blanket on top. He would do well with respectful children, but barks at cats and perceived strangers. He needs his nails trimmed and could use a check up, I cannot drive, lift him, or support his care financially. He doesn’t understand the danger of my electric wheelchair. Please help me rehome this sweet boy soon for both our sakes. Thank you!
