We got him when he was six weeks old from somebody giving away the litter for free. We’ve done everything that we could do to be able to keep him. He even went to stay with my parents for a while. He’s terrific with all ages of children, including infants. He’s a great guard dog, he’ll let you know when somebody is around before they even enter your yard. He’s very chill but if you do wanna play with him, he’s all up for it. He’s been around, not only children, but other dogs and chickens and cats and even bearded dragons. We are looking for someone who has time for him. Someone with or without experience of having a dog. We are looking for a loving home, he would be OK if it was a family home or a single person. He loves to be outside and go on car rides and hikes. He’s very social at the dog park.

Story
I have had my sweet girl for about 8 years, and rehoming her is a very difficult decision for me. She is a loving, playful, house-trained and apartment-trained dog who has been a wonderful part of my family. Unfortunately, after becoming pregnant, I had to move into a new home that does not allow dogs, so I am looking for a new home for her as soon as possible. She is great with kids and loves to play fetch and tug-of-war, but she also loves nothing more than curling up and snuggling with her people. She enjoys short walks and is happiest when she can be around her family. She does have some food allergies, so she cannot have table foods or red meat, but otherwise she is a happy and loving dog. My biggest priority is finding her a safe, caring and loving home where she will be treated like part of the family and get all the love and attention she deserves. I want to make sure she goes to someone who will truly love and care for her for the rest of her life.

Story
Danny is about 6 years old, I got him from the humane society when he was about a year old, he had kennel cough but was a very good boy around other people and animals and was a big sweet heart snuggle buddy. I had to move about 2 years later and there were 2 female dogs then added to the household and he didn't like that, though he now gets along with the other dogs in the house, he has become jealous and aggressive towards the humans in the house and any who come to visit. He has nipped almost everyone who has come into the house, not full bite but enough to leave small bruises, and bit daughter in sleep . we have tried anxiety medication but that only seemed to make it worse. He has become very food aggressive especially when we try to stop him from getting other dogs food. He growls and barks at us when we tell him to get out of rooms. He is great on a leash and loves walks especially when it's just him. We love him but we have started to muzzle him more often for fear of biting.

Our family got Ginger from a shelter when she was two and lucked out as she has been the best dog we've ever had. She's been great around both of our kids (7 and 16 months) and loves to snuggle. Ginger loves walks but also loves to lay on the couch and watch TV with Dad!

Looking for a home for this sweet, older dog (10 years old in October). He has a friendly temperament and is great with kids and other animals. He is currently wearing a cone, as he's had issues scratching around his mouth and neck. He is on medications for allergies and arthritis. We are looking to re-home him, as we are moving to a new house without a fence, and we have small children that don't allow us to spend much time with our aging dog. We are hoping to find someone who is able to give him more attention and love than we are currently able to.
