Story
Charlie will be four years old in April. I’ve had him since he was a year old, and he has grown into an affectionate dog with a big personality. He loves toys, car rides, and being close to his person; he’s definitely a velcro-type dog who likes to stay by your side.He hasn’t been around other animals and has only been around two children, so he may need slow introductions in a new environment. He knows sit, shake, and wait for his food, and he is not food aggressive. He is house trained, crate trained, and we are currently working on leash training.It breaks my heart to rehome him, and it’s very important to me that he goes to the best home possible; a place where he will be be safe, cared for, and understood. I will be sending his crate, crate mat, bed, toys, harness, and leash with him.

Story
This is a hard post to write. I adopted Jack a little over 8 years ago I believe. We went to the dog shelter to "just look" at the pups. But the moment I laid eyes on him I knew he would come home with me. The dog pound is a very loud and somewhat chaotic place, but the moment i seen jack he walked up to me, sat down and just wagged his tail. I knew I couldnt bring home a puppy or a high energy animal because of our family dynamic and schedule. Jack was perfect. He was already potty trained and was so calm. My son was only 4 years old at the time and Jack loved him. Jack has been with me thru alot of moves, another kid, and many life changing events. He is by far the most amazing dog I have ever had. He rarely barks, he likes to cuddle, he is crate and house trained. He likes walks, but hates being in the rain He is a slobbery boy due to missing teeth when I got him. He is great with all other animals and kids. He has never shown any aggression towards anything or anyone.
