Story
Pip came to me as a rescue in very bad shape I have had her for several years. She’s done great with my kids and other dogs up until a year ago my older female and her got into it when my older dog fell pregnant this lead to a fight and since then she has not been able to get along with my dogs. Pip came to me in bad shape she acted as though she had been beaten it took her a while to come to men and she was very emaciated and covered in fleas when I got her she is a very sweet dog to people. Very loving a little shy but 100 miles an hour when she feels at home. It breaks my heart to rehome her but I know she deserves a home she feels comfortable in. She’s good with my kids my youngest being 3 and oldest 9. She has come out of her shell so much these last few years she would do best in an only animal home with someone who would be very patient with her warming up to them. The photos attached are a little older she’s a little fat girl now she’s grew and filled out so so well since.

Story
We adopted Jessie from a shelter in November of 2025. She is wonderful with our 5 year old son and loves to give kisses. She loves attention and cuddles but also needs some exercise. We have a fenced in yard and she has never tried to jump the fence. She is not getting along with our senior dog so she would probably do best as the only dog. We were told she is around 4 years old and she is currently 70lbs. She is very sweet, loving and will talk to you when she is hungry!

Story
Meet Max-Scherzer. Max for short. The first thing you will notice about him is his two different-colored eyes. In terms of other pets, He gives roommates a thumbs up. If Max were on a dating app, his pickup line would be, "Are you a pitcher? Because you're throwing strikes right into my heart." Max's favorite things are treats, walks, and water. If he were a dessert, he'd be a Ted Drewes Frozen Custard. Go Mizzou! You'd make a great team with Max if you love sports, exercise, and long walks.
