Despite his size, Benjamin is a true gentle giant with a calm, loving nature that makes him a wonderful companion. Benjamin is a **sweet and affectionate dog** who enjoys a quieter pace of life. He walks beautifully on a leash and prefers **slow, meandering strolls** where he can take in the world around him. He’s a fairly mellow guy who doesn’t bark much and settles easily into a relaxed routine. He is **house trained** and does well around a variety of animals. Benjamin gets along with cats and has been fine with all the farm animals he’s met on his walks. He tolerates other dogs, though he can be a bit nervous when meeting new canine friends and would do best with calm introductions and patient guidance. Benjamin is friendly with everyone he’s met so far, though he has not yet been tested with children. Benjamin is **neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped**, and ready to find his forever home.
