Meet Pato! Pato was rescued under a car in the jungle area of Sayulita with a severely damaged front leg. We arent sure what happened, but the injury is so severe it required months of bandage changes, orthopedic surgery, and now lots of rehabilitation. We hope that Pato will have four functioning legs very soon, because he has had a long journey. He is so sweet with the vets who change his bandages daily, and is so eager to get out and see the world. Pato is a loyal, loving, and protective dog who would love to live in a space with a yard. We think he may be able to do some livestock protecting too, but aren't sure yet!
