Story
Tank is a big, loving boy with a heart full of love. He adores his people and is playful, intelligent, energetic, and eager to learn. We are working on “gentle” and “drop it” with patience and positive guidance. When overstimulated, Tank struggles to calm himself and disengage from play. He can become overly rough, has pinned other dogs, and has recently begun posturing over dogs in our pack. He needs an experienced owner who can provide structure, training, exercise, and clear boundaries. He may do best as the only dog. We love Tank dearly, and this decision is heartbreaking. We must put the safety of our entire pack first. We want Tank to thrive in a home equipped to meet his needs. He deserves a lifetime of love, patience, and understanding. We would be grateful for occasional email updates to know he is safe, happy, and settling into his new home.
