Story
Tonka is a 100+ teddy bear that would love to be your go everywhere companion. That unfortunately we just not have the time to give him the attention he deserves. He is always up for playing with anyone or anything. He loves others dogs to the extent that ever dog he passes by he feels the need to stop and play. He will need a fully fenced yard, and some manners training, but he is a quick learner if you are consistent and have the time to work with him. He is currently eating 6 cups of food a day. The fee is negotiable for the right home.

Story
Please read the info before applying. Shomer, a Pyrenees-Akita mix born July 1, 2023, weighs over 67 lbs. and is a gentle, friendly farm dog who hasn't been neutered yet—this procedure is still needed. He's good with cats and chickens, not traumatized, and doesn't bark constantly—only at treats. He loves walks and car rides and is food-motivated and responsive to treats, which helps him form bonds; he still needs retrieval training. As a guardian dog, he's trained to watch for predators like coyotes and eagles but doesn't attack livestock. Ideal for a home with acreage where he can patrol freely, but he needs daily attention and inclusion in activities. He handles work or school absences well, but his breed isn't ideal in an apartment setting; 8 hours without attention will not be ideal. Please research this breed before applying.
