This sweet boy loves nothing more than being close to his people. Whether he’s curled up in your lap, soaking up belly rubs, or following you from room to room, Tonka is happiest when he’s spending time with his family. Tonka is a very social puppy who enjoys meeting new people and taking part in everyday activities. His friendly, confident nature makes him an excellent candidate for public outings, whether that means visiting a pet-friendly store, enjoying an outdoor café, or joining you on family adventures. He loves attention and is always eager to make new friends. Like any young puppy, Tonka enjoys playtime and would especially love a canine companion around his size to romp and wrestle with. Meet Licorice 🖤 sweet 4-yr old black “Toto” dog w/ the most adorable soulful 👀 + a 💜 that loves everyone he meets. He’s the Walmart greeter type — friendly, social, & happy to make new friends. He gets along wonderfully with both dogs + cats. weighs 16# recent vet visit = A+health. I rescued Licorice from the Williamson County Animal Shelter. He and his sister were abandoned together. Sadly, they were later separated. Licorice is resilient and loving. He would do best with:* Another friendly dog to play with* Frequent walks and interaction* A work from home family, retiree, or family looking for the perfect second dog* A yard where he can explore and enjoy lifeLicorice is affectionate, gentle, and has a calm, loving temperament. This decision breaks my heart because he is deeply loved.
