ROSE - Sweet Senior Girl Seeking Foster or Forever Home Meet Rose, an absolutely delightful little lady who survived being thrown from a truck in Alabama when her owners got into an argument. So to be spitful she was thrown! She hasn't let that dim her sunny spirit one bit! About Rose: Rose is estimated to be around 6 years old and appears to be a Jack Russell/Dachshund mix with the most adorable short legs and oversized paws. She has a genetic overbite that doesn't affect her quality of life at all, She's been fully vetted, is heartworm negative, current on all vaccines, and will be spayed soon. Personality: This sweet girl is the ultimate companion! Rose is a certified snuggle bug who loves following her foster parent around like a shadow. She's incredibly social and plays wonderfully with dogs of all sizes—including her current foster's 70lb puppy! When she runs, she literally hops with joy. Rose is an active, happy-go-lucky girl who's always ready for her next adventure, whether that's a long walk, short hike, or trip to the farmer's market. Perfect Home: Rose would thrive with an older couple or anyone looking for a loyal, affectionate companion. She's completely housebroken, crate trained, walks beautifully on leash, rides well in the car, and rarely barks. She loves dog beds, toys, and attention. No resource guarding whatsoever—just pure sweetness!
