Blaze is a young, active, playful guy who enjoys hanging with other dogs and his special people once he gets to know them. Blaze came to Jelly's, along with his sister Ember, after being found. He does not seem to have been well socialized and is a fearful, timid dog. He needs the right person willing to put in the time and patience to help him learn to trust. Sweet senior Tootle is a fluffy black and gold shih tzu who has floated into Muttville like a dandelion on the breeze. She may not be an avid hiker, but she loves to, well, Tootle around on short walks and explore the neighborhood. This peppy little pup has been making friends as she acclimates to HQ, getting along swimmingly with the other pups and human volunteers. Tootle is a well-rounded little lady – she is equally happy cuddling and snuggling with a volunteer as amusing herself on solo doggy adventures. Like most shih tzus, Tootle resembles a sentient teddy bear, so if you’re looking for a cute plush, we mean pup, then Tootle is the mutt for you!
