Story
Marshall is a 3-year-old mixed breed (best guess is Lhasapoo) who is the perfect size (15 pounds). He is small enough to pick up and carry but big enough that you don’t have to worry about him getting stepped on or hurt easily. Marshall was found as a stray in TX and went through Heartworm and flea treatment prior to coming to WI. Because of this, his skin and hair are still recovering. Despite his rough beginning, Marshall deserves the best of everything from this point forward. Marshall is as sweet as they come and is so happy just to be with his human. He enjoys going for walks and walks amazing on a leash (no pulling at all!). Marshall is low energy and has a very laid back, go with the flow personality. He went for a stroller ride with his foster brothers and didn’t try to jump out once; he just sat back and enjoyed the scenery. Marshall lives for meal time. He gets so excited to eat the yummy food at his foster home. Marshall appears to be house-trained (knows what to do outside and has not had any accidents in his crate or playpen). We are also working on some basic commands. Marshall would do best in a home where someone is home most of the time. He gets along with dogs, is kid friendly, and would likely do fine with cats (doesn’t appear to have high prey drive). This little guy has the absolute best personality and will make a wonderful companion. Currently being fostered in Brookfield, WI.
