Gizmo is a gentle Persian boy with a cloud-soft coat and wide, soulful eyes. He was rescued from a breeder, and though his early days were uncertain, he’s blossomed into a loving and affectionate companion. Gizmo has revealed his sweet, almost dog-like personality—quietly following his favorite humans from room to room and curling up beside them whenever he can. He has a calm, dignified presence, but he also has an extreme playful side that comes alive with feather toys and anything he can chase. Now safe and cherished, Gizmo spends his days surrounded by warmth and patience, proving that a tender heart can flourish beautifully when given a second chance. We are requiring a home with breed experience as they are high-maintenance cats that require very frequent grooming -- he will likely need regular professional grooming. He also needs to go to a home with another friendly cat, as he is extremely social and doesn't like to be alone. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. We also have a cat cafe full of friendly, furry faces -- Whiskers Catnip Cottage in Granville!
