Story
Meet Cleopatra ("Cleo"), a sweet and affectionate girl born in May 2018 who loves nothing more than being close to her people. Cleo is a true lap cat who happily settles in for cuddles, pets, and plenty of attention. She’s friendly with new people, enjoys being included in whatever her humans are doing, and isn’t shy about using her voice. One of her most endearing features is her meow, which still sounds like that of a tiny kitten.
Cleo has a fairly relaxed lifestyle. Give her a soft cat bed or another cozy spot for a nap and she’ll be content, although she’s also happy to chase a laser when it’s time to play. Temptations and Delectables are favorite treats.
Cleo is being rehomed because changes in her family’s circumstances have created a busier, more crowded household that is no longer a good fit for her. She has also been stressed by another cat in the home who bullies her. Cleo does play with a shy, gentle male cat, so she may be able to live with the right feline companion, but she may be happiest as the only cat in a peaceful home where she can soak up all the attention.
For someone looking for a friendly, low-key companion who appreciates cuddles, conversation, and a comfortable place to curl up, Cleo could be a wonderful match.
