Story
Rye is around 14 years old and is a very lovable cat. Prior to her current home, she came from a friend whose grandmother passed and was originally with 7 other animals. She was then dumped by an ex partner. She is a very vocal cat and loves to talk your ear off whenever she can. She loves to cuddle you and will sit on your lap while you pet her. She is not much of a toy girl but she does love to scratch and climb a cat tree. Rye is a longhair lady and needs someone who can manage her coat and help her look her best. Rye has some toileting issues to where she will urinate inside the litter box but will not defecate. We do not have time to sit with her and give her the opportunity to figure out her needs so she uses the litter box the way she should. Rye also has some respiratory issues and you can hear them when she breathes. Please do not let any of her needs deter you from our special girl. We wish we could give her the care she needs but we fall short and know she deserves more.

Story
Mara 🤍Mara is one of those cats you don’t forget. She was found outside an apartment building in the middle of a winter storm, curled around her two babies, doing everything she could to keep them safe. A kind tenant took the kittens in—but Mara was left behind. That’s when we were called. We brought her into the rescue, but it’s clear life hasn’t been gentle with her.Mara is incredibly sweet. She’ll roll onto her back, exposing her belly, quietly asking for love… but when it comes close, she gets scared. Not a single mean bone in her body—no hissing, no swatting—just a girl who wants affection but doesn’t quite know how to accept it yet.In a busy foster home with other cats, it’s all just too much for her. She keeps to herself, overwhelmed and unsure. But underneath that fear is a soft, loving soul that wants to trust again.Mara doesn’t need perfection—she needs patience. A calm home. A quiet space. Someone who understands that love doesn’t always happen overnight. We truly believe that once she feels safe, Mara will blossom into the affectionate, devoted companion she’s meant to be.If you’re the kind of person who finds meaning in earning a cat’s trust… Mara is waiting for you. 🙏🏻💕

Story
Hi, I’m Teddy! 🖤🤍🐾My brothers, sisters, and I got off to a pretty rough start. We were found living outside in a backyard after several storms had rolled through the area. A kind man discovered us and did his best to keep us safe, creating a makeshift shelter with a tote on a concrete slab. He cared about us, but tiny kittens belong somewhere warm and protected—not out in the weather.Thankfully, the wonderful people at Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue and TNR came to our rescue and brought us to safety. Suddenly, we had soft beds, full bellies, toys to play with, and people who loved us.Now I’m living my best kitten life! I’m a handsome long-haired tuxedo boy with a fluffy coat, bright eyes, and a personality that’s every bit as charming as my good looks. I love to play, explore, and keep up with whatever my siblings are doing. If there’s fun to be had, chances are I’ll be right in the middle of it.But I’m not all action and adventure. Once I’ve finished my important kitten business, I’m more than happy to settle down for some pets, cuddles, and a cozy nap. I have a sweet, affectionate nature and love being part of the family. My siblings and I have shared every step of our journey together, and we’re very attached to one another. Because kittens do best with a feline friend, I need to be adopted with one of my brothers or sisters—Aurora, Megan, Hayden, Harry, or Gus. Having a sibling means we’ll always have someone to play with, snuggle with, and keep us company. If you’re looking for a gorgeous fluffy tuxedo boy with a playful spirit, a loving heart, and endless kitten charm, I can’t wait to meet you!Love,Teddy 🖤🤍🐾💕

Story
Meet Molly. 🖤🤍This gorgeous long-haired tuxedo girl got her start in the world outside, born to a feral mama who was rescued by a kind-hearted woman after her litter arrived. Wanting a brighter future for the little family, she reached out to Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue and TNR to help find loving forever homes.Molly is everything you could hope for in a kitten. She has the softest, fluffiest coat, the sweetest personality, and absolutely loves to be cuddled. Pick her up and she’ll happily melt right into your arms, purring away as if she’s always belonged there. She’s playful, gentle, and full of love, making every day a little brighter with her silly kitten antics and affectionate nature. After being given a second chance, all Molly needs now is a family to choose her—a family who will keep her safe, love her forever, and never let her wonder where she belongs again. Could that family be yours? ❤️
