Persian kittens & cats in Simcoe, Ontario

Auggie and Eddie are bonded siblings who started their lives in Dubai, rescued off the streets as kittens and brought to Canada with their adopter who fully intended to keep them for their full life, but employment has taken their adopter out of the country. A family member tried to integrate them into their home, but the dog living there is not a fan and this has made the home less than harmonious. Auggie is shy and cautious, but likes to sit nearby and will allow pets and purr when she's feeling comfortable. She can be expected to hide when she first arrives in a new environment and needs her new forever family to give her the time she needs. Once settled, she will follow her person around until she can hae snuggles. She is quiet, affectionate and sweet and is the more cuddly of the pair. They should be the only pets in their forever home where they would have feedom to explore and play. They are calm around older children, so any children in the home should be at least 10 years old. She is FIV/FelV negative, flea treated and dewormed, up to date on her vaccines and has been spayed. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING! If this is not your past practice, your application will not move forward. You must be 21 years old to adopt. The adoption fee is $200. It may take up to 72 hours to approve your application. Please provide all requested information, including contact numbers, to help expedite the process. Repeated phone calls and emails will not move your application along. We are a volunteer, foster based rescue. We are not able to facilitate meet and greets before an application is received. You are not able to meet multiple kitties to see if one fits as the animals may be fostered in different locations. He likes to be nearby, but is not the cuddly sibling. He is playful and loves to chase his pompom toy. He is quiet, and prefers to be near and will follow or search out his humans. His forever home should have no other pets except his sister Auggie and will allow them to explore and play freely. He has been in a quiet home with older children, so his new family should have children over 10 years old. The `Leg` group were 12 kitties roaming on a farm, different ages, personalities and levels of health and illnesses. Many have been socialized and adore affection from humans but some will be barn buddies. Lego is a 14yr old female would have suffered a terrible death had she not come into care of SimcoeDHumane when she did.Lego came into care extremely matted so she was shaved to relieve her of discomfort. She was also rushed to the vet upon intake as she had what everyone thought was pyometra (Infected Uterus) and had an emergency spay. What Doctors found was a very distressed Uterus and with complete transparency, there may have been something more serious lurking in the tissues. She has recovered very well! Lego is a senior girl looking for a home to relax in. She is super affectionate and has a very loud purr! She`s missing quite a few teeth so she`s not fond of hard kibble but loves her wet food very much!Her complete medical includes her spay, vaccinations, microchip, flea treatment, dewormer, and FIV/Felv/HW test (negative).Your donation would be greatly appreciated to help with Lego`s care and others needing the help of SimcoeDHumane. Waterleo was hit by a car in Norfolk. There wasnt any real damage just a little sore after. She was checked by the vet with a clean bill of health with a few days of cage rest and then all ready to go. It takes a bit of love to get her trust and then she is good. She just needs time. She has been Spayed, Flea treated, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/Felv/Hw negative.

MowMow came into care because it was to expensive to keep him. He has been living in a house and had a really good life. He is a very nice boy and very talkitive. Every once in a while he will jump out of his cage to go and check things out. He is good with cats for sure. He was been Microchipped, Flea treated, de wormed, Neutered, FIV/Felv/Hw negative. he is a good boy that will keep you entertained with his conversations. Please lets find him a forever home.
