Story
Doug is 2 years old. His birthday is August 12, 2023. He was adopted from PetSmart. I am looking for a loving home for him, he would benefit from having other pets in the home as well as more space. It breaks my heart to re-home him but I cannot properly provide for him due to financial reasons and having a new born on the way. He is a very needy cat and requires a lot of attention and likes being with you as you do things. But also enjoys his alone time and hours of sleeping everyday like any other cat :) I would like to include his favourite toys that he’s had since a baby as well as his cat trees (2) and litter box (if you’d like it).

Story
📄 RIVER — Professional Introvert (Feline) Birthday: ~March 17, 2021 Star Sign: Pisces 🐟 (Will absolutely “swim away” when overwhelmed) Credentials: Neutered • Vaccinated • Microchipped • Low-Drama Icon 🐾 Objective Seeking a quiet forever home where my hobbies—staring out windows, light zoomies, and avoiding chaos—are fully appreciated. ✨ Qualifications Doesn’t do “cat stuff.” Zero interest in curtain climbing, counter surfing, shelf yeeting, or midnight parkour. Expert Rumble-Purrer. Engine sounds comparable to a semi-truck idling. Master of Cleanliness. Immaculate litter habits. Would make Marie Kondo proud. Low-Key Zoomer. Zoomies come in “gentle mode” only. Best enjoyed with a tray-ball toy. Window Enthusiast. Can watch birds, neighbors, and leaves for hours. Will not file reports. Affection Style: “I sit near you because I love you.” Touch optional. Proximity guaranteed. 😬 Areas for Growth (Please Don’t Rush Me) Startles if you blink too loudly. Still suspicious of hands, sudden movements, flirt sticks, and TVs that move. Accepts pets only on the shoulders… and only if you’re cool about it. Head pets? That’s a no from me, dawg. Overstimulates faster than a toddler in a candy store. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Social Experience Has shared territory with another cat (Krissy): Phase 1: “Absolutely not.” Phase 2: “Mildly offended.” Phase 3: “Fine, I guess we can nap near each other.” Dogs? Unknown. Humans? He’ll tolerate your presence… eventually even enjoy it. 🏡 Ideal Home Quiet Patient Not sponsored by Chaos™ Comes with a window shelf and respect for personal boundaries 🌟 Special Skills Rolling onto his back and looking extremely adoptable Watching you cuddle other cats as he tries to decode the concept Being adorable without trying Pisces-level emotional depth 📬 Hire River Today He’s not your typical clingy lap cat — he’s your introverted coworker who eventually warms up and becomes the funniest person in the office… once you earn his trust.

Story
🍂 Meet Autumn 🍂 Gentle • Cautious • Full of Hidden Spark Name: Autumn Born: August 2018 Rescued: November 2023 Fostered in: Shakespeare Medical: ✔️ Spayed ✔️ Vaccinated ✔️ Microchipped ✔️ FIV Negative Her Story: Autumn was rescued alongside Spring, Breeze, and Rain from a long-standing outdoor colony behind Sobeys in New Hamburg. Years of ongoing construction slowly took away every bit of shelter they had — first a shed, then their sleeping space inside a food compactor. Mostly seen only after dark once traffic settled, Autumn survived with the help of a dedicated volunteer who fed the colony nightly. When it became clear the cats had nowhere left to safely exist, they were welcomed into foster care where Autumn could finally rest indoors. Life in Foster Care: Autumn is adjusting to indoor life at her own thoughtful pace. She coexists well with other cats and is familiar with dogs. While cautious of sudden movement or an outstretched hand, she has moments where her playful inner kitten shines — especially when her track toy comes out. Personality Highlights: 🍁 Stunning long-haired calico 🍁 Good with cats; familiar with dogs 🍁 Playful — turns into a kitten with her track toy 🍁 Startled by reaching or fast approaches 🍁 Food and treats may be the way to her heart 🍁 Observant, sensitive, and quietly endearing Ideal Home: Autumn is looking for an experienced, patient cat guardian who understands fearful kitties and the beauty of slow trust. With time, routine, and gentle encouragement (plus snacks!), Autumn has the potential to continue building confidence and showing more of her sweet, playful self. 🍂 Autumn doesn’t rush — she waits for the right season, the right person, and the right kind of love. 🍂

🌸 Meet Spring 🌸 Shy • Sweet • Ready to Bloom Name: Spring Born: ~April 2018 Rescued: November 2023 Fostered in: Shakespeare Medical: ✔️ Spayed ✔️ Vaccinated ✔️ Microchipped ✔️ FIV Negative Her Story: Spring spent years surviving in a large outdoor colony behind Sobeys in New Hamburg with her companions Autumn, Breeze, and Rain. As construction continued, their world kept shrinking — sheds removed, a new plaza built, and even their last sleeping space inside a food compactor taken away. Mostly seen only after dark once traffic quieted, Spring relied on the dedication of a volunteer who fed the colony nightly. When it became clear they had nowhere left to go, we welcomed them safely into foster care. Life in Foster Care: Spring has settled beautifully into indoor life. She lives peacefully with other cats and dogs and enjoys a calm, predictable routine. She’s a gentle soul who loves her window perches, lounging on a kitchen chair tucked under the table, and soaking in quiet moments. Personality Highlights: 🐾 Stunning long-haired tuxedo beauty 🐾 Very low-key and gentle 🐾 Good with cats and dogs 🐾 LOVES treats — especially lickables and wet food 🐾 Food motivated and will happily chirp when snacks appear 🐾 Accepts pets when food is involved •🐾 Will blossom with time, patience, and continued gentle encouragement Ideal Home: Spring is looking for a forever family who understands shy kitties and is willing to keep building trust at her pace. Her love of food makes bonding easier — and her sweetness makes it so rewarding. 🌷 Spring has already survived so much. Now she’s ready to truly bloom in a forever home. 🌷
