Story
Otis is a sweet, gentle boy with a loving personality who enjoys the simple comforts of life, especially curling up in his favorite cat bed and relaxing near his people. He thrives in a calm, cozy home where he can lounge, nap, soak up affection, and be the only feline in the household. At just 5 years old, Otis has plenty of love to give. His easygoing nature makes him a wonderful companion for someone looking for a quiet friend to share life`s everyday moments.Otis does have a significant heart murmur caused by underlying heart disease and currently takes a daily blood thinner to help manage his condition. He will need an adopter who is committed to continuing his medication and providing regular veterinary care.Despite this medical challenge, Otis doesn`t let it define him. He remains the same sweet, affectionate cat who enjoys spending time with his people and brings a special kind of comfort and companionship wherever he goes.

Story
🎤 Is it worth it? Let us work it... Introducing Missy Elliott—the next superstar ready to top the adoption charts. At just over 2 years old, Missy was found wandering the streets with her son, Ludacris. While little Luda became an instant Scruffy Paws sensation, his mama has been patiently waiting backstage for her own big debut. And honestly? She's a total headliner. Missy is every bit as sweet as her famous son. She loves pets, adores snuggles, doesn't mind being held, and has perfected the art of turning into a purring puddle the second you start giving her attention. While the kittens are busy treating your house like a WWE arena, Missy is more interested in finding the coziest blanket, claiming a sunny windowsill, or hanging out with her favorite humans. She's the perfect mix of affectionate, calm, and content. When it comes to other cats, Missy likes to make an entrance... usually with a dramatic hiss worthy of a Grammy performance. 😹 It's mostly her way of saying, "Excuse me, I don't know you." With slow, proper introductions, we think she'd do just fine coexisting with another friendly cat. Unlike her namesake, this Missy isn't here to "get her freak on." She's here to get her treat on, her nap on, and maybe convince you that your lap belongs exclusively to her. So if you're looking for a sweet, laid-back companion with just the right amount of sass, Missy Elliott is ready to drop the hottest album of the year: Greatest Cat Ever. April: The Fluff Queen Who’s Spent 1,430+ Days Waiting to Rule Your Heart! 👑🐾 Hey there, hooman. I’m April—a fluffy, fabulous feline with a BIG personality and a royal presence, and I’ve been patiently waiting over 1,430 days (yep, that’s almost 4 years!) for my forever castle. I’ve got my crown polished, my sass dialed in, and my purrs ready—now I just need you. Let’s get one thing straight: I’m an independent lady. I enjoy affection, but only when I decide it’s time for royal snuggles. Not in the mood? You’ll get “the look” (don’t worry—you’ll know it when you see it). I’m not a fan of being picked up either, but once we’ve built trust, you’ll be rewarded with head bonks, chin scritches, and the occasional purring approval. What do I love? 👯‍♀️ Other cats! I’m a social gal—just on my terms. I do best with fellow felines who are gentle, friendly, and understand that I like a slow hello. Once I feel comfy, I’m all about playtime, naps, and squad hangs. A home with another respectful cat buddy? Yes, please. What I’m not into: 🚫 Chaos, loud noises, or tiny humans. 🚫 Being picked up like a sack of potatoes (I have royal dignity, after all). 🚫 Being rushed—patience wins this queen’s heart. I thrive on routine and love knowing what to expect—give me a sunny spot, a cozy perch, and some time to warm up, and I’ll show you my sweet, silly side. My journey hasn’t been the easiest (I was once a sick little street cat), but with love and care, I’ve grown into a playful, curious, and affectionate girl… on my terms, of course. April’s Fun Facts: ✨ 1,430+ days of shelter life, still waiting for my happily ever after ✨ A total softie—inside and out ✨ Loves respectful cat friends, playtime, and cozy vibes ✨ Perfect for a patient, cat-savvy human who respects her space ✨ A beautiful mix of sass, sweetness, and smarts Ready to give this independent queen her long-overdue castle? If you’ve got a calm home, a big heart, and a little patience, April’s ready to give you her whole (fluffy) heart. Let’s end her wait—she’s more than earned her happily ever after. 💛 Please be sure to read a cat's full bio before applying! Story
Azalea’s name should really be Princess Azalea, because this beautiful girl absolutely knows she deserves the royal treatment. At almost two years old, she’s the perfect blend of affectionate companion and playful young cat. Princess Azalea adores her people and would thrive in a home where someone is around often to give her the love and attention she enjoys. Like many cats, she will need a little time and patience to settle into a new environment, but once she feels safe, her sweet and loving personality truly shines. When she’s not soaking up pets or snuggling with her family, she can often be found happily entertaining herself for hours with her favorite pom-pom and crinkle balls. This little princess also takes her comfort very seriously. She loves curling up on soft blankets and spends many of her naps tucked inside the cozy tunnel forts her foster mom builds just for her. Azalea gets along with other cats and kittens who understand the importance of personal space. She isn’t afraid to give a tiny princess growl if someone gets a little too close for comfort, but she does enjoy feline company and would especially love to be adopted with one of her foster friends — Edina, Fiddle, Oliver, or Star. Because she appreciates a calm environment, Azalea would do best with older, cat-savvy children who can respect her space, or in an adult-only home. Azalea is also an FIP survivor, and today she is healthy, happy, and truly thriving — a little princess who beat the odds and is ready for her happily ever after. If you’re looking for a loving companion who will play, snuggle, and rule your heart (and possibly your blanket pile), Princess Azalea is ready to claim her forever kingdom. 👑🐾 Please be sure to read a cat's full bio before applying!
