My Persian calico cat gave birth to 4 little kittens on August 6, Spark is the Tuxedo kitty that can be the perfect baby for any cat lovers family. Dolly is the prettiest Tuxedo as her brother, very elegant and sassy, and Mars -the white with black ears & tail- is the most cuddly & playful. Meet Snowy! Snowy has been with us since July, and this sweet girl is still learning to feel comfortable and trust the people around her. She has lived in a home before, but she is a very cautious girl who needs plenty of time to feel safe and let her personality shine. Snowy could take months to fully come out of her shell, so her future family will need to be patient and willing to let her set the pace.Snowy has already made some wonderful progress! A few of our staff members can now gently scratch her head and neck, and she will even seek people out at times. She’s learning that people can be a good thing—but Snowy likes to be in control of the interaction. She is not a lap cat, does not want to be picked up, and will absolutely let you know when she wants to be pet!Snowy is looking for a quiet, calm home with no other pets and no young children. She likes her boundaries respected and needs someone who understands that she may not always want to be touched or interacted with. When Snowy wants attention, she’ll let you know!Her ideal home will be one that understands that trust takes time. Snowy may not greet you with cuddles right away, but watching her slowly build confidence and choose to interact with you is incredibly rewarding. Azalea’s name should really be Princess Azalea, because this beautiful girl absolutely knows she deserves the royal treatment. At two years old, she’s the perfect blend of affectionate companion and playful young cat. Princess Azalea adores her people and would thrive in a home where someone is around often to give her the love and attention she enjoys. Like many cats, she will need a little time and patience to settle into a new environment, but once she feels safe, her sweet and loving personality truly shines. When she’s not soaking up pets or snuggling with her family, she can often be found happily entertaining herself for hours with her favorite pom-pom and crinkle balls. This little princess also takes her comfort very seriously. She loves curling up on soft blankets and spends many of her naps tucked inside the cozy tunnel forts her foster mom builds just for her. Azalea gets along with other cats and kittens who understand the importance of personal space. She isn’t afraid to give a tiny princess growl if someone gets a little too close for comfort, but she does enjoy feline company and needs a feline friend. She would especially love to be adopted with one of her foster friends — Fiddle or Star. Because she appreciates a calm environment, Azalea would do best with older, cat-savvy children who can respect her space, or in an adult-only home. Azalea is also an FIP survivor, and today she is healthy, happy, and truly thriving — a little princess who beat the odds and is ready for her happily ever after. At just over a year and a half old, Alaska has already been through more than most cats ever should. She was rescued from life outdoors while pregnant and safely gave birth to her kittens shortly after arriving with us. Now that all of her babies have found their forever homes, it's finally Alaska's turn to be someone's baby. Alaska is an affectionate, people-loving girl who believes your attention should be focused on her whenever she decides it's time. She has the cutest habit of standing up on her back legs to headbutt your hand—a not-so-subtle reminder that she'd like some pets, please! She's happiest soaking up affection and being the center of your world. This beautiful girl is also an independent queen who isn't afraid to let the other cats know where her personal bubble begins and ends. She'd be perfectly happy as your one and only, but she could also live with another cat who respects her space and understands that Alaska fully intends to be in charge. Now that she's no longer busy raising kittens, Alaska is starting to discover her playful side. Like the true diva she is, she'll chase a toy when the mood strikes—but only after she's finished lounging, supervising the house, or collecting the attention she deserves. Meet Zahir – the wild child with a lion’s mane and a heart full of zoomies. This 3-year-old long-haired tabby is all go, no slow. If you're looking for a chill lap cat—keep scrolling. But if you want a high-energy feline who will chase a feather toy like his life depends on it, wrestle with his cat friends like he’s training for the Kitty Olympics, and keep you endlessly entertained, Zahir might just be your guy. Zahir loves other cats—but only if they can match his rough-and-tumble play style. He can be a bit much for calmer cats and definitely takes his sweet time warming up to new feline friends. That said, once he bonds, he thrives with another energetic playmate to help him burn off all that excess energy. He enjoys attention from his humans and is happy to be held (when he’s not mid-play session), but he is not a cuddler or lap cat. Zahir is also not a fan of brushing—despite his fabulous long coat that mats easily—so he’ll need an experienced long-haired cat owner or regular trips to the groomer to keep his floof in check. Once he’s spent all his energy, Zahir will happily lounge around with his feline crew. He’d do best in a home with older kids or adults only, where he can be loved for the spirited, spunky character he is.
