Meet Oreo, a beautiful, 4-year-old, long-haired black and white tuxedo cat weighing about 12 pounds. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, litter-trained, and has no known medical problems. Oreo is gentle, affectionate, and calm. She loves cuddles, being held, sleeping beside her people, nap time, and relaxing near an open window to enjoy a fresh breeze. She has the sweetest little meow, loves her scratching posts, and enjoys feather wands and crinkly plastic wrappers. She also does fairly well with brushing. Oreo lived happily with her brother before he passed away, so she may do well with another friendly cat after a slow introduction. She has not been around dogs. She is used to being home alone during the workday, waits in the window for her family to return, and greets them when they come in. Her ideal home would be peaceful, loving, and filled with people who will give her plenty of attention and affection. Oreo is an indoor cat who deserves a safe, stable, forever home.

Story
Ferdinand is the definition of a sweet boy. True to his name, he is a gentle giant who absolutely loves snuggles once he knows he is safe. While he can be very shy around strangers and needs a little patient, quiet time to adjust to a new environment, the reward is a deeply affectionate companion who will happily melt into your lap. When he isn’t asking for love, Ferdinand's favorite hobbies include intense bird-watching by the window and enjoying his meals. Ferdie has a gorgeous long coat but isn't a great self-groomer. He needs regular brushing or a periodic lion cut shave to stay mat-free. He gets along well with other cats after a slow introduction and tolerates kids, though a calmer home suits his shy nature best. Ferdie is deeply loved, but I have developed severe, unmanageable allergies following a pregnancy. Ferdie deserves a home where he can be fully immersed in family life without restrictions.
