Story
Meet darling Dozer, a long-haired black tabby male kitten with the coolest black smoke coat pattern. Dozer was born on April 3rd at his foster mom Lisa’s home in Graham. Dozer is a tiny guy and was the runt of his litter. We named him Dozer because ever since he was itty bitty he would make a B-line straight out the kennel door and bulldoze his way through, like he was on a mission to somewhere! Of course, talking the entire trip too! Dozer is an amazing climber who will climb your leg and perch on your shoulder. He would love a big kitty tree and loves to explore. Dozer always wants attention and demands it with vocals and attention getting behaviors! He loves to play alone or with others and his size makes no difference because he acts like he is bigger than everyone. Don’t tell dynamic Dozer that he is the runt! Dozer also likes to be held but is a bit squirmy staying in one place too long- as he is an adventurer always on the move. Dozer has had his first vaccines, exams, topical parasite control (includes, ticks, fleas, roundworms, tapeworms, hookworms) and microchip. His adoption fee includes his neuter. Dozer will likely be a smaller size cat at full grown and will be constant entertainment for you and any other felines in the household. For more information and an adoption application, please email foster mom Lisa at birdz4lifeduh@gmail.com and please include your phone number. Dozer can wait to delight you with his speed, agility and voice!

Story
Meet Sully, he`s back in the shelter now awaiting his forever home, but during his stay in a foster home, he only received rave reviews. His previous Foster Parent said, `Sully is SUCH an awesome cat with a perfect face and personality once he`s been given a few days to warm up and decompress. He loves to weave around my legs and roll around on his back while I pet his stomach/massage his cheeks. He`s a talkative guy and is not afraid to let you know when he is lonely or hungry. He would say the most important thing for his future owner to know is that he absolutely LIVES for churu and will try to grab it out of your hand the second he realizes it`s there. He truly never fails to make me smile and whoever has the pleasure of adopting him is very lucky.`Sully will need an adopter prepared to manage some medical conditions with regular vet visits and daily medication. Luckily, he is an excellent patient and takes his medication easily in Churu! Due to the ongoing care that will be required for this lovely senior kitty, his adoption fee has been waived!

Story
Lucy is a Beautiful Persian, (Fancy Feast commercial cat). We are unable to take both Persians with us as we are relocating. Our hope is that Lucy is rehomed with her buddy, Pepper our Himalayan Persian. They’ve been together since they were kittens. Lucy is a sweetheart! She loves males particularly, those are the laps she snuggle on. Lucy has been a cherished member of our family. We want to ensure she goes to a safe, loving home where she will continue to receive the care and affection she deserves.

Meet Puck, the bold little floof who is ready to steal your heart!* Adoption Application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat* Puck is a very social girl and needs to be adopted with a buddy or to a house with a playful and friendly resident kitty* We transport our babies from Houston, TX to the NE, PNW, and locations along those routes (adoption fee includes transport)* Adoption Fee (kitten < 6 mo) is $425 and includes all vetting and cost of transport---Puck and her sister Piper were found on the streets of Houston along with their mom, struggling to survive. After moving to their foster home they have really embraced the good life, making new friends and even "adopting" a singleton kitten named Paisley into their little family!Puck is a curious, social butterfly who’s always in the middle of the action. At 2.5 months old, Puck has already decided that life is best lived at full speed, with lots of snacks. This dark grey, long-haired tabby is outgoing, playful, and endlessly curious. She’s just a tiny bit shy with people at first, but she warms up quickly and loves snuggles and pets. She also loves snuggling up with her siblings and foster buddies for naps.Little Puck has a special admiration for the older, wiser cats in the house. You’ll often find her shadowing them, studying their every move like she’s taking notes. She’s social, snack-motivated, and brings a lively, joyful energy to any room she walks into.Puck’s sister Piper and "honorary" sister Paisley are also available — they can each go together or separately, but we love when siblings can be adopted in pairs! Foster siblings: Paisley (F), Piper (F), Gigi (F)---🐾 Health & Care:• FVRCP & rabies vaccinated• Microchipped• Current on dewormer & flea preventionFostered in Houston, TX — transport available to the Pacific Northwest, the Northeast, and stops along the route. Transport costs are covered by the adoption fee.Your adoption fee saves two lives: it brings Puck home and funds spay/neuter surgeries, vaccines, and critical veterinary care for homeless cats and community cats in need. Meet Piper, the curious and sassy fluffball looking for her kingdom to rule!* Adoption Application: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat* Paisley is a very social girl and needs to be adopted with a buddy or to a house with a playful and friendly resident kitty* We transport our babies from Houston, TX to the NE, PNW, and locations along those routes (adoption fee includes transport)* Adoption Fee (kitten < 6 mo) is $425 and includes all vetting and cost of transport---Piper and her sister Puck were found on the streets of Houston along with their mom, struggling to survive. After moving to their foster home they have really embraced the good life, making new friends and even "adopting" a singleton kitten named Paisley into their little family! At just 2.5 months old, Piper has already mastered the art of having opinions. This light grey, long-haired tabby beauty is a little shy at first, but she blossoms with patience and consistency. She’s playful, spirited, and has strong feelings about everything! New toy? We are suspicious at first and wait for someone else to pounce before joining in. Favorite food? Of course we have a favorite food, but we also want to try everyone else’s. Being picked up? Uncertain, will fight it until she gets gentle pets and falls asleep in your lap! She’s a funny little gal. When she’s not tearing through the house at full speed, you’ll find her completely knocked out in the softest spot she can find. Piper plays hard and naps harder, and she does it all with elegance. She’s social with other cats and would love a calm, patient home where she can come out of her shell on her own timeline. She’d do best without young children or dogs.Piper’s sister Puck and "honorary" sister Paisley are also available — they can each go together or separately, but we love when siblings can be adopted in pairs! Story
Meet Mowgli, raised with our family at 2 months old. My daughter took him in from a litter needing a home. We had 2 other cats and a dog at the time so he adapted very quickly to other animals including a large family with children.Mowgli is a beautiful long haired black mixed cat with Siamese. At a young age we discovered he has Asthma, and started him on the medication which he gets 2X a day. He does well on the medication and the cost is roughly $80.00 a month. He is otherwise a healthy adult male cat who loves to cuddle on the bed, lay in the sun and gaze out the window looking for birds. He eats dry food, and we have him on a schedule to eat 2X a day. Once in the morning and once at night. He uses his box and well trained.Unfortunately we cannot keep Mowgli any longer and it’s been rough trying to figure out what to do.My daughter had our Grandson and she moved out unable to take Mowgli with her due to landlord tenant rules. So we are doing our best to re-home him to the right hands.
