She arrived at the WAGS House after being found tied to a pole with a heavy chain that was digging into her neck. Sabrina is all healed from her wounds and ready to find her forever people! Sabrina enjoys the company of most dogs and all people.

 You can apply for Kira at https://ladyluckanimalrescue.wufoo.com/forms/canine-adoption-agreement-and-application/ â¤ï¸ Kira is a 4 year old, 70 lb, Purebred German Shepherd. She was rescued by Lady Luck Animal Rescue from Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control in July 2025. She was heartworm positive, emaciated and in very poor condition. She has been in a foster home ever since, where she has completely recovered from heartworms and has transformed into an absolutely gorgeous Shepherd. Her coat is shiny and healthy, she has gained 15 pounds, she plays with toys and other dogs and bounces around like a kangaroo! She has recently discovered the pool and loves the swim! She loves to snuggle on the couch, she will sleep in bed with you for a while, but prefers the floor. She is crate trained and she walks well on a leash. She would do well in a home with an experienced Shepherd owner, who understands her protective nature. She is protective of her person and her home. She is perfectly happy to be crated when guests come to the house. A home with lite traffic is ideal, no kids or cats.May 17, 2026, 5:44 pm
