***Kona is housed over at the Rochester Animal Control facility. In order to meet him you need to submit an adoption application first. These can be found on the homepage of our online website. Once an application is submitted - a staff member will reach out with next steps. Please note it can take up to 48 hours to hear back based on when the application is submitted.***Meet sweet Kona! This beautiful husky/shepherd mix is equal parts adorable and sweet! She found her way to the Rochester Animal Control when she needed somewhere safe to go. She is estimated to be around 3 to 4yrs old and is well past the puppy stage. At this point of her life, Kona is a well rounded girl who would love to go on adventures with her family but would also be content to chill at home. It is thought that with proper introductions, she could do well with another canine companion. Cats are unknown at this time. If you think Kona would be a good match for you, apply online today!**Adoption fee: $300 + $30 microchip fee + tax

Rex(German Shepherd) and Vaeda(Shiba Inu mix)are a bonded pair who came to us when their owner could no longer care for them. The two do well with dogs their own size and more relaxed energy levels. Cats and small dogs are a no. Both are friendly and affectionate, but we feel they would adapt best to an adult home. Typical of the breeds, they can be wary of strangers, but warm up fairly quickly. While Rex is more laid back, Vaeda seeks attention. Watch out for her kisses! She also loves to “talk” and is quite the conversationalist. While both dogs would love a fenced yard, they do well walking on leash. Vaeda is athletic and may be able to jump a shorter fence. They are both house trained, kennel trained, and well mannered. It is a lot to ask someone to take two dogs, much less two large dogs, but these two are so deserving. So, if you have room in your heart and home for these two beautiful souls, apply and come meet them. *Adult Home Only**No small dogs/ cats/ small animals adoption fee for the pair $400 + $30microchip fee + tax
