Story
The best husky woo-woo ever goes to miss Stella! Hilarious and SO FREAKING CUTE with her husky-body and short stubby legs- we can only guess that she may be a husky/basset hound mix! Stella enjoys playing with friendly, confident but not dominant dogs. She can be a bit of a referee when playing with other dogs, so any doggy friends should provide appropriate corrections without escalation. Stella is more of a lady’s-dog and can be slow to warm up to men. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body, she just try’s to avoid new people. Any men in her life should be willing to help in her day-to-day care to build her trust in them. Stella is crate trained, obedience trained, loves walks and adventures and will keep you smiling all day long. She is polite in the home, walks well on leash and is housebroken! Stella would prefer kids 12 and older and she would need supervision around kitty cats (she never tried to hurt them, but does like to boss them around).

Story
Devi is a stunning 3-5 year old Belgian Malinois. Devi has some basic obedience, walks well on a leash, has good food and ball drive, is crate trained, vaccinated, spayed and LOVES PEOPLE! She wants to say hi to all the new people, especially if they have treats for her or can be convinced to play fetch with her. We have not had a chance to test her with children yet. Miss Devi is a medium energy adventure buddy. She wants to be included in everything you do and everywhere you go. Devi is one of the sweetest, cuddliest girls out there and would LOVE to meet you! Devi would prefer to be the only doggo in the home as she is dog selective and she is *not* a fan of little critters (including small dogs and cats).

Axel was adopted and returned after it became clear that small children aren’t his thing. He’s not a “jump right into your arms” dog — Axel is more of a slow-burn friendship kind of guy. Think introvert, not party animal. ✨ What we’ve learned about Axel: • Chill, laid-back, and very polite once he knows you • Good with other dogs • Can be good with cats • Leash trained and crate trained • Knows sit, down, paw, and kennel • Smart and capable — just selective with his trust Axel’s personality in a nutshell: Axel takes longer than most to warm up, but when he does, you’ll see his soft, vulnerable side — and it’s worth the wait! He’s been coming out of his shell more every day and showing us who he really is under that cautious exterior. Axel’s ideal home: • Adults only or older teens • Calm, patient humans who let dogs move at their own pace • Someone who understands that not all dogs want to be best friends on Day One Axel isn’t broken, stubborn, or “difficult” — he’s just a thoughtful dog who wants to feel safe before he commits.
