Story
This dog was adopted from a pit bull rescue at 11 months but he is obviously a cross because he is much taller and not as muscular. He is spotted black and white with one blue eye. He has been professionally trained by a police dog trainer who said he is extremely smart a fast learner and not aggressive . HOWEVER 4 months ago he bit our Six year old grandson. Nobody witnessed it, but the child required a surgery on his face that did not disfigure him. He had not bitten before, nor since, and it is the consensus that the child sat between him and the children he lives with on a couch. Perhaps that is the reason. Perhaps he was just being playful and because he is so big it happened. At any rate, the families have decided it is best to rehome him. All of us love the dog, and we are sad to part with him. He needs to go to a family without children and someone who exercises frequently because this dog has a lot of energy. Currently wears an invisible fence collar.

Story
This handsome, long-legged guy enjoys getting out to explore the world at his own pace. He is sensitive, and easily startled, so he will need a patient family that understands that he needs space and the freedom to engage when he is ready. When he does feel comfortable, he will happily accept all the pets and love that you can give him! ❤️I am shy at first, but warm right up to new friends with time. 🦮I am known for my tail wags! 😍 I’ll be happy to see you when you pull out my leash for a walk! 💥I’m energetic, so walks and hikes would be great. 📷 I’m a handsome guy, very photogenic, with my soft, shiny, black fur. If you are looking for a sweet boy who will reward his special family with loyalty and companionship, Chapulin might be the perfect match!
