Story
I'm looking to rehome my dog, Shiloh. She’s a mixed breed who appears to have some pit bull in her. She’ll be 2 years old December 13th. I adopted her from Lubbock Animal Shelter in 2022. She had just had her back right leg amputated. When she arrived at the shelter, her leg was badly damaged, possibly due to being hit by a car. She is super affectionate and has been since the day I brought her home. She loves people and has done great at the doggie daycares she’s stayed at. She LOVES playing with other dogs. She’s been great around kids as well. Unfortunately, there have been a few incidents where she’s shown aggression towards my senior dog, the last time being this past week. I don’t want to cause any more stress or anxiety for Nellie (my senior dog). This is a tough decision and I love her dearly, but Shiloh would be better off in a home where she’s either the only dog or paired with a larger alpha dog. She’s around 35-40 pounds.

These pups are in New Braunfels, Texas too!

Story
Cooper was surrendered to us on 4/4/2024.  His owner has stage 4 cancer and could no longer care for him.  He is around 4 years old, and about 45 lbs.  His is just settling in so he is still a little timid and confused as to why he's lost his mom.  He is very sweet, and seems to be house trained. He does have food/toy agression.  This seems to be directed at other male dogs.  Have not seen this behavior around female dogs.  but he may do best in a family where he is the only dog.  He is neutered and UTD on his shots.   https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/57447/generic ##2012210##
